THE SECOND CHANGE TO THE RULE OF INDUSTRIAL MINISTER NUMBER 90/M-IND/PER/11/2008 ABOUT THE PROGRAM

RESTRUCTURING MESIN/FOOTWEAR INDUSTRY

WITH THE GRACE OF GOD ALMIGHTY THE INDUSTRY OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

DRAWS: A. that in order to optimize the implementation of the Footwear Industry, need to change some of the provisions as set out in the Regulation of the Ministry of Industry Number 90 /M-IND/PER/11/2008 on the Restructuring Program The Machine/Industrial Equipment Alas Feet as amended by the Regulation of the Minister of Industry Number 30/M-IND/PER/3/2009;

b. that based on consideration as letter a, need to be issued Minister of Industry Regulation;

Given: Regulation Minister Perindustrian Number 90 /M-IND/PER/11/2008 about the Machinery Restructuring Program/footwear Industry The Leg as amended by the Regulation of the Minister of Industry Number 30 /M-IND/PER/3/2009;

DECIDED:

Establishing: INDUSTRY MINISTER REGULATIONS ON SECOND CHANGE OVER THE REGULATION OF INDUSTRY MINISTER NUMBER 90/M-IND/11/2008 ABOUT INDUSTRIAL EQUIPMENT RESTRUCTURING PROGRAMS FOOTWEAR.

Article I

Some provisions in the Regulation of Minister of Industry Number 90/M-IND/PER/11/2008 about the Machine Restructuring Program/Footwear Industry as amended by the Regulation Number of Industry Number 90/M-IND/PER/2008 The 30/M-IND/PER/3/2009 was changed as follows:

1. Changing the provisions of Article 1 of the number 1 to the following:

Article 1

In this Minister's Regulation is referred to:

1. The Footwear Industry is an Industrial Company that produces Alas Foot products including its Komponent Industry and or the Leather Turtle Industry Company.

2. Changing the provisions of Section 5 of the paragraph (2) shall be as follows:

Section 5

(2) The discount is referred to in paragraph (1) of 10% (ten percent) of the value of the machine/equipment with the terms of the investment of the machine/equipment at the time The request was at least equivalent to the value of Rp. 250 million (two hundred fifty million rupiah).

Article II

The Regulation of the Minister begins to take effect on the date of promulgations.
