REGULATIONS MINISTER OF INDUSTRY REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA NUMBER: 71/M-IND/PER/7/2009

ABOUT THE TYPE OF INDUSTRY PROCESSING AND GENERATING

TOXIC AND DANGEROUS MATERIALS (B3) AND THE TYPE OF HIGH TECH INDUSTRY STRATEGIC

WITH THE GRACE OF GOD ALMIGHTY THE INDUSTRIALIZATION OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

PULL: A. that in the course of clarity and certainty the execution of the authoring of the industrial field authorization by the Government as set forth in Appendix EE of Government Regulation Number 38 of 2007 on the Partition of Government Affairs between the Government, Provincial Local Government, and District/City Government and Section 16 paragraph (1) letter c number 1 (one) and number 3 (three) of the Regulation of the Minister of Industry Number 41/M-IND/PER/6/2008 on the Terms and Conditions of the Industrial Business Compulsory Licensing, Expansion permit and List of Industry Signs, need to outline the type of industry that is processing and producing the Toxic And Dangerous (B3) Materials and the strategic high tech industry type;

b. that based on the consideration of the letter a, it needs to be issued by the Ministry of Industry Regulations;

DECIDED:

Establishing: INDUSTRIAL MINISTER REGULATION ON THE TYPE OF INDUSTRY THAT PROCESSES AND PRODUCES TOXIC AND HAZARDOUS MATERIALS (B3) AND THE STRATEGIC HIGH TECHNOLOGY INDUSTRY.

Article 1

The type of industry that is the industry that processes and produces the Toxic And Hazards (B3) and industrial types that are strategic high-tech industries as set forth in the Regulation Attachment This Minister.

Section 2

The authority of the granting of Industrial Business Permission (IUI), Enlargement Pass, and the List of Industry List (TDI) to: a. the industry type as referred to in Article 1

is on the Minister of Industry or the officials with the authority of the authority; and

b. the type of industry in the Indonesian Field of Baku Classification (KBLI) similar to the industry type in Article 1 that is not listed in this Attachment of the Regulation of the Minister, is on the Governor or the Regent/Mayor in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation. It's

Section 3

(1) The type of industry as referred to in Section 1 is set back periodically every 2 (two) years.

(2) In terms of the term as referred to in paragraph (1) is passed and has not been reset, the type applies. industry as referred to in this Minister Rule.

Article 4

IUI, Enlargement Pass, or TDI of the type of industry as referred to in Article 1 published before it is issued the Regulation of this Minister is declared in effect According to the Minister of Industry Regulation.

Article 5

The rules of the Minister are in effect on the date of promulgations. In order for everyone to know, the Minister's Regulation is promulred by placing it in the News of the Republic of Indonesia.
