MANDATORY SAFETY SHOES

WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD

MINISTER OF INDUSTRIES OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

.,, weighed: a. that in order to apply industry standard products, in order to guarantee the quality of industrial products and to achieve the power to produce and protect consumers against the quality of products, and to create healthy business competition, it needs to enact National Standards. Indonesian (SNI) Compulsory Footwear;
., b. that based on the consideration of the letter a, need to be issued the Regulation of the Minister of Industry;

DECIDED:

., assigning: MINISTER PERINDUSTRIAN ABOUT THE IMPLEMENTATION OF INDONESIAN NATIONAL STANDARDS (SNI) MANDATORY SAFETY SHOES.

Section 1
In Regulation of the Minister this is referred to:
., 1. The Indonesian National Standard User's Certificate of Use Product (SPPT-SNI) is a Certificate of Use Product issued by the Program for Manufacturers capable of producing goods and services. That fits the SNI requirements.
., 2. The next National Accreditation Committee is a non-structural agency that is under and responsible directly to the President, who is authorized to accrue the institution/laboratory to conduct certification activities.
., 3. The Product Certification Institute that is next called LSPro is an institution that has been accredited by the National Accreditation Committee or appointed by the Regulation of Minister of Industry to conduct the SNI Use Product Certification activities.
., 4. Director General Pembina Industries was Director General of the Metal Industry Textile and Aneka Machine, Department of Industry.
. .5. The head of the BPPI is the Head of the Industrial Research and Development Agency, the Department of Industry.
., 6. The head of the Provincial Service is the Head of the Provincial Service which carries out the duties of government affairs in the field of industry.
., 7. The head of the Regency/City Service is the Head of the Regency/City Service which carries out the duties of government affairs in the field of industry.

Section 2
.,, (1) Discontinue the National Standard of Indonesia (SNI) and or its revisions are mandatory, against 3 (three) Safety Shoes as follows:
.,
., a., a. Safety Shoes from the Skin with Sol Karet Sistim print Vulkanization according to SNI 12-0111-1987 HS 6403.40.00.00;
., b. Safety Shoes from Skin with Goodyear Welt Systems, Mutu and Cara Test, as per SNI 12-7037-2004 HS 6403.40.00.00; and
., c. Safety Shoes from the Skin with the Sol Poliuretan and Thermoplastic Polyurethane Injection Systems, as per SNI 12-7079-2005 HS 6403.40.00.00.
., (2) The Boots of Safety as referred to in paragraph (1) is a work shoe to protect the worker ' s legs from harm related to the working environment.

Section 3
Industrial companies that produce the Safe Shoes as referred to in Article 2, are mandatory:
., a., a. implement the SNI and have SPPT-SNI Shoes Safety in accordance with the terms of the SNI; and
., b. grow the SNI mark on each product in a manner that is not easily lost as per the applicable terms.

Section 4
The Safety Shoes as referred to in Article 2 are traded, which are derived from the results of domestic production or the import shall meet the provisions of the SNI as referred to in Article 3.

Section 5
.,, (1) The issuer of the SPPT-SNI Safety Shoes as referred to in Article 3 of the letter a, executed by LSPro which has been accredited by the KAN and or appointed by the Minister of Industry, through:
.,
., a., a. Safety quality fitness testing in accordance with the provisions of the SNI; and
., b. audit the application of the SNI quality management system 19-9001-2001/ISO 9001-2000 and its revision or other recognized quality management system.
.,, (2) Testing as referred to in paragraph (1) the letter a may be subcontracted to:
.,
., a., a. the tester lab that has been accredited to or appointed by the Minister of Industry; or
., b. The overseas tester lab has the Treaty of Recognition or Mutual Recognition Arrangement (MRA) between the Board of Accreditation in question, as well as having a bilateral or multirateral agreement. in the field of technical regulation between the Government of the Republic of Indonesia with the country in question.
.,, (3) Audit of quality management systems as referred to in paragraph (1) letter b based on warranties issued by the Certification System, which has been accredited by the ISN, or the Accreditation Agency outside of the country that has the Agreement. Confessions To Each Other.

Section 6
.,, (1) The import shoes of imports that will enter the Pabean Indonesia region are required to meet the provisions of the SNI as evidenced by SPPT-SNI.
.,, (2) The import shoes of import that have had SPPT-SNI must be registered in accordance with the provisions of the laws.

Section 7
.,, (1) Importer import shoes that do not meet the provisions as referred to in Section 2 and Section 4 are prohibited from entering into the Pabean region of Indonesia and must be reexported or destroyed.
.,, (2) The order of reexport and or annihilation as referred to in paragraph (1) is done in accordance with the laws.

Section 8
The LSPro which publishes SPPT SNI Shoes Guard is responsible for the implementation of surveillance and monitoring use of the published SNI Shoes from SPPT SNI which is published.

Section 9
The LSPro as referred to in Article 5 of the paragraph (1) reports the execution of its certification to the Director General of Industry Pembina, with busan to the Head of the BPPI, the Head of the Provincial Service, and the Head of the Regency/City of the factory premises.

Section 10
.,, (1) The Director General of the Industry Manager carries out coaching and supervision of the implementation of the SNI Boot Treatment as referred to in Section 2 and Section 3 at the plant executed by the Goods Standard Supervising Officer and The service at the Factory (PPSP) is at least 1 (one) times in 2 (two) years.
., (2) the Head of the BPPI carries out the coaching of the Institution of Conformity in order to treat the SNI Shoe Unsafe Shoes as referred to in Article 2.
.,, (3) The implementation of the supervision as referred to in paragraph (1) may coordinate with the Head of the Provincial Service and or the Head of the Regency/City Service.

Section 11
The Director General of Industry Pembina sets out Technical Guidance in the implementation of this Minister ' s Regulation.

Section 12
The perpetrators of the effort that committed the breach to the provisions in the Ministerial Regulation are subject to sanction under the provisions of the laws.

Section 13
The Minister ' s rules are starting to apply 6 (six) months since the date is set.
