ALLOCATION OF ADDITIONAL FUNDING SHORTFALL SPECIAL AUTONOMY OF PAPUA PROVINCE ' S BUDGET YEAR 2008

WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD ESA FINANCE MINISTER OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

DRAW: that in order to establish the allocation of the shortlist of the Papua New Guinea Provincial Infrastructure Special Autonomy Fund, which has been allocated in Law Number 41 Year 2008 on Budget and State Shopping Year of the Year of the Budget 2009 as amended by Law No. 47 of 2009, it needs to establish the Minister of Finance Regulation on the Allocation Shortfall Of The Additional Autonomy Of The Papua Provincial Infrastructure In Budget Year 2008;

Given: 1. DECIDED: Establishing: REGULATION OF FINANCE MINISTERS ON

ALLOCATION OF ADDITIONAL FUNDING SHORTCOMINGS OF SPECIAL AUTONOMY THE INFRASTRUCTURE OF THE PAPUA PROVINCE OF BUDGET 2008.

Article 1 Shortage of the Papua Provincial Infrastructure Special Autonomy Fund of the Budget Year 2008 is part of the Special Autonomy Fund and Adjustment to the Number 41 Year 2008 on the State Budget and Revenue Budget of the Year Budget 2009 as amended by Law No. 47 of 2009.

Article 2 The shortfall of the Papua Provincial Infrastructure Special Autonomy Fund of the Budget Year of 2008 was amounted to Rp670.000.000.00 (six hundred seventy billion rupiah).

Article 3 of the Additional Special Autonomy Infrastructure of Papua New Guinea Year Budget 2008 as referred to in Article 2 its use is prioritised for infrastructure development funding.

Section 4 of the Division further the acceptance of the Additional Fund Special Autonomy Infrastructure of the Papua Budget Year 2008 between the provinces, counties and cities as referred to in Article 2 is governed in accordance with the provisions of the laws.

Section 5 of the Additional Special Autonomy Infrastructure of Papua New Guinea Infrastructure Year 2008 as referred to in Section 2 is part of the area's income and is budgeted in the Budget and Shopping Regional Change Year of the Year 2009 Budget of each province, county, and city of mutual funds.

Article 6 (1) Special Autonomy Fund Supplement

Infrastructure of the Papua Province of Budget 2008 was conducted by means of the transfer of the Cash Account. General Country to General Cash Accounts of the Region.

(2) Supplemental Funds of Special Autonomy Funds as referred to in paragraph (1) executed at once.

Section 7 functional supervision/examination of the implementation of the activities and financial management of the Special Autonomy Infrastructure Special Infrastructure of the Papua Province of Budget 2008 were conducted in accordance with the provisions of the laws.

Article 8 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance comes into effect on the date of promulgations.
