REGULATION of the MINISTER of FINANCE of the REPUBLIC of INDONESIA NUMBER 84/FMD. 07/2009 REGARDING the ALLOCATION of the BUDGET of the EDUCATION FUNCTION in the BUDGET REVENUE and SHOPPING AREAS with the GRACE of GOD ALMIGHTY the MINISTER of FINANCE of the REPUBLIC of INDONESIA, Considering: that in order to implement the provisions of article 81 Government Regulation Number 48 in 2008 about funding education, the need to set a regulation of the Minister of finance regarding the allocation of the budget of the education Function in the budget revenue and Spending Areas; Remember: 1. 2009, no. 77 3 decide: define: REGULATION of the MINISTER of FINANCE REGARDING the ALLOCATION of the BUDGET of the EDUCATION FUNCTION in the BUDGET REVENUE and SHOPPING area. CHAPTER I GENERAL PROVISIONS article 1 In this regulation of the Finance Minister is: 1. Education is a planned and conscious effort to bring about an atmosphere of learning and the learning process so that learners are actively developing the potential for her to have a religious, spiritual power of self-control, personality, intelligence, morals, as well as the necessary skills themselves, the community, the nation and the State. 2. Budget revenue and Spending areas, hereinafter abbreviated BUDGETS, annual financial plan is local governance was discussed and approved by the local authorities and Representatives of the area and established with local regulations. 3. the functions of the education budget is the allocation of the functions of education budgeted expenditures in BUDGETS to finance the holding of education became the responsibility of local authorities, including the salaries of educators, but not including the education budget is limited.
