REGULATION OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA FINANCE MINISTER

NUMBER 228 /PMK.07/ 2009 ABOUT

ALLOCATION OF FUNDS FOR THE NATURAL RESOURCES RESULTS OF THE 2009 BUDGET YEAR 2009

WITH THE GRACE OF GOD ALMIGHTY FINANCE MINISTER REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

TO DRAW: a. that under the Ministry of Finance Regulation Number 195 /PMK.07/ 2008 on the Estimated Allocation Of Funds For The Natural Resources Results Of The 2009 Budget Year, There has been an estimated allocation of funds for the Natural Resources of the Budget Year. 2009;

b. that under Article 29 paragraph (1) of the Government Regulation Number 55 of 2005 on the Balance Fund, the distribution of the Fund for Natural Resources is exercised based on the realization of the receipt of Natural Resources of the budget year;

c. that Based on the terms of the letter a, and the letter b, need to establish the Minister of Finance Regulation on the Allocation Of Funds For The Natural Resources Of The 2009 Budget Year;

DECIDED:

SET: A FINANCE MINISTER ' S REGULATION ON THE ALLOCATION OF FUNDS FOR THE RESULTS OF THE NATURAL RESOURCE FORESIGHT YEAR OF 2009.

section 1

(1) The allocation of funds for the results of the 2009 Natural Resources Natural Resources resource is derived from receipt:

a. Iuran Forest utilization efforts (IIUPH);

b. Forest Resource Provision (PSDH); and

c. Dana Rebozation (DR).

(2) The Allocation Of Funds For The Natural Resource results as referred to in paragraph (1) the letter a is shared with the details as follows:

a. 16% (sixteen percent) for the province;

b. 64% (sixty-four percent) for district/producing cities.

(3) The allocation of funds for the Natural Resources output as referred to in paragraph (1) the letter b is divided by the following details:

a. 16% (sixteen percent) for the province;

b. 32% (thirty-two percent) for district/producing cities; and

c. 32% (thirty-two percent) for other districts/cities in the province in question.

(4) The allocation of funds for the Natural Resources yield as referred to in paragraph (1) the letter c is divided by 40% (forty percent) for the district/city The producer

Section 2 (1) The Fund's Alocation for Natural Resources Results

Forestry for each Region of the Budget Year 2009 is based on the realization of the receipt of the Fund for the Natural Resources Results of the 2009 Budget Year 2009 and realized the distribution of Natural Resources Forestry of the 2009 Budget Year.

(2) The allocation of funds for the Natural Resources Development Environment for each Region of the Budget Year 2009 is based on the calculation of the realized quarterly realization through reconciliation between the Central Government and the producing regions.

(3) The designation of the allocation of funds for the results of the 2009 Budget Year Natural Resources for provincial, county, and municipal areas is as defined in the Inseparable Attachment of this Financial Minister Regulation.

Article 3 The allocation of funds for the results of the Forest Natural Resources as referred to in Section 1 verse (1) is as large as Rp1.307.096.277.783.00 (one trillion three hundred seven billion ninety six million two hundred seventy-seven thousand seven hundred and eighty-three rupiah) with the following details as follows: a. IIUPH amounted to Rp23,258.770.558.558.00 (twenty-three

billion two hundred and fifty-eight million seven hundred fifty-five hundred and fifty-eight rupiah);

b. PSDH amounted to Rp559.469,010,164.00 (five hundred and fifty-nine billion four hundred and sixty-nine million ten thousand hundred and sixty-four rupiah);

c. DR amounted to Rp457.585.421.861.00 (four hundred and fifty-seven billion five hundred and eighty-five million and twenty-one thousand eight hundred and sixty-one rupiah);

d. Reserve Fund IIUPH Year 2009 Budget of Rp48.134.648.000.00 (forty-eight billion

one hundred and thirty-four million six hundred and forty-eight thousand rupiah);

e. The PSDH Reserve Fund of the 2009 Budget Year amounted to Rp107.003.323.200,00 (a hundred and seven billion three million three hundred and twenty-three thousand two hundred); and

f. The 2009 DR B.602.00 1.569.578.020.00
