.,, (1) SIPPTKI changes as referred to in Section 10 of the paragraph (1) published the longest 14 (fourteen) business days since the document is declared complete.
.,, (2) SIPPTKI changes as referred to in paragraph (1) listed the old PPTKIS identity.
.,, (3) The gust of SIPPTKI changes delivered to the provincial service and the county/town service local area.

Section 12
SIPPTKIS ends in terms of:
a. The SIPPTKI timeframe has expired;
referred to in paragraph (1) of its membership consists of the element:
., a., a. Directorate General of Occupation of Labor Placements;
B. General Secretariat;
C. Inspectorate General; and
D. The Directorate General of Coaching and Employment Surveillance.
(3) The team as referred to in paragraph (2) does the task among others:

(c) IBM may not use any of the following IBM program terms, including but not only for the following:

Section 5
SIPPTKI is specified in the Minister's Decision Letter for a term of 5 (five) years with the busan being delivered to the responsible agency in the field of employment in the province and district/city.

Section 6
At the time of the submission of SIPPTKI, the PPTKIS is obliged to give up the original certificate/bilyet deposit and the original letter of power signed by the Principal Director or President of the Director of PPTKIS on the paper is sufficient to the Director General.

BAB III
THE SIPPTKI EXTENSION

Section 7
.,, (1) SIPPTKI as referred to in Section 5 may be extended for a term of 5 (five) the following year.

Section 8

B. The original SIPPTKI still applies;
c. proof of periodic report delivery to the Minister;
., d. Copy of the assignment and protection of TKI outside of the country that will come at least within 3 (3) years in a consecutive year;
e. recapitulation of TKI for 3 (three) years in a consecutive year;
., f. copy evidence for mastery of means and infrastructure in the form of an office, office equipment, shelter and work training of a letter of entitlement or agreement of a cooperation in the term of at least 5 (five) years;
., g. The financial balance for 2 (two) last year did not experience the loss made by the public accountant;
h. copy of the Restricted Subject Number (NPWP) of the Restricted Subject (NPWP) which is still in effect;
., i. a statement letter signed on the paper in the papers is enough from the chairman of the company (Principal Director or President of the Director) stating that it has never been sentenced to criminal penalties relating to the placement of the TKI in the overseas; and
., j. Fit photo (color with red background) company leader (Principal Director or President of the Director), with a size of 4 x 6 cm as much as 3 (three) sheets.
.,, (2) the PPTKIS that submitted the extension as referred to in paragraph (1) is not in the condition of the administrative sanction of temporary termination (skorsing).
.,, (3) the SIPPTKI extension for the PPTKIS imposed administrative termination interim (skorsing) performed after a temporary termination (skorsing) ended.

Section 9
.,, (1) After the SIPPTKI extension application is fully delivered, the Director General conducts research into the performance and completeness of the means and the infrastructure that the PPTKIS has.
., (2) In terms of performance, the completeness of the means and the infrastructure of PPTKIS are assessed to have met the requirement for granted SIPPTKI extension, then in no time at least 14 (fourteen) business days before the end of SIPPTKI, the Minister published The SIPPTKI extension.

BAB IV
SIPPTKI CHANGES

Section 10
.,, (1) the PPTKIS is required to submit a SIPPTKI change application in the event of a change:
., a., a. company name/PPTKIS;
B. address PPTKIS; and/or;
c. directors or commissary.
.,, (2) In the event of a change in respect of the paragraph (1) of the paragraph (1) the PPTKIS is required to apply for a written change in writing signed by the Director or the President of the Director on the paper in the papers of the General Manager. by attaching:
., a., a. The SIPPTKI copy still applies;
B. copy authorization of the notarized acte change from the authority of the authorized instance;
., c. pas photo (colored with red background) of the company leadership (Principal Director or President of the Director) measures 4 x 6 cm as much as 3 (three) sheets;
., d. copy of the company's new CEO (Principal Director or President) for the PPTKIS that does the company leadership change;
., e. complete address and a new phone/faximili number for PPTKIS that does address changes; and
., f. a statement letter signed on paper ruled out adequately from the chairman of the company (Principal Director or President of the Director) of the new PPTKIS stating that the concerned has never been sentenced to criminal proceedings by the court of law. with the violation of Law No. 39 of 2004 for PPTKIS who did the change of directors and or commissioners.
.,, (3) At the time of submitting the document as referred to in paragraph (2), the PPTKIS is obliged to show its original documents.

Section 3
