SET: AREA REGULATIONS ON THE ADDITION OF CAPITAL INCLUSION OF PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT OF BANGKA BELITUNG PROVINCE ON THE LIMITED BANK OF BANKS THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE SOUTH SUMATRA AREA AND THE BANGKA BELITUNG.

BAB I

provisions of UMUM

Article 1

In this Region Regulation referred to: 1. The Provincial Government is the Provincial Government of the Bangka Belitung Islands. 3. The governor is Governor of Bangka Belitung. 4. The Regional People's Representative Council (DPRD) is

The Regional People's Representative Council of the Bangka Belitung Islands as an element of the regional government.

5. Capital Inclusion is any attempt in the inclusion of regional capital on a joint venture with a third party, and or utilization of regional capital, by a third party in exchange.

6. Regional capital is capital in the form of money and a wealth of regions (which have not been separated) that can be judged by money such as land, buildings, machinery, inventory, valuables, facilities and other rights owned by the area which is a wealth of the area.

7. The Regional Development Bank of South Sumatra and Bangka Belitung, the next one called PT. The Bank Sumsel Babel is a Bank owned by the Government of South Sumatra and County/City in its territory and the Provincial Government of Bangka Belitung and County/City in its territory.

BAB II

INTENT AND PURPOSE

Article 2

(1) The addition of Inclusion Of Provincial Government Capital in the form of a stake in PT. The Bank Sumsel Babel was intended to strengthen the capital structure of the Provincial Government on PT. Babylonian Sumsel Bank.

(2) The Addition Of The Inclusion Of Capital Of Provincial Government in the form of shares on PT. The Babylonian Sumsel Bank aims to increase the economic growth of the region and add to the Regional Real Revenue (PAD) as well as improve services to the community.

BAB III

ADDITIONAL REGIONAL CAPITAL INCLUSION

Article 3

(1) The Provincial Government carried out the addition of the Modal inclusion in the form of a stake in 2010 to PT. The Babylonian Sumsel Bank is Rp. 8.000.000.00 (eight billion rupiah).

(2) Addition of capital inclusion to PT. The next Babylonian Sumsel Bank is established with the Governor's Rule and is set in the APBD.

CHAPTER IV SHARES PROFIT (PROFIT)

Section 4

(1) The share of the (profit) shares of the total number of capital inclusion is calculated based on the percentage of the capital balance owned by PT. Babylonian Sumsel Bank.
