PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

Weigh: a. Remembering: 1. Section 4 of the paragraph (1) of the Basic Law of the Republic of Indonesia Year of 1945;

FIRST:
Granting an extradition request filed by the Australian Government on behalf of Timothy Geoffrey Lee, the British and Australian nationals charged with criminal offences supplying the illegal drugs were not less than the amount of commercial and with aware of being involved with the treasures of the proceeds of a crime within the Australian State jurisdiction.
