WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
MAGELANG REGENT,

c. that based on considerations as intended on the letter a and the letter b need to form the Regional Regulation on the Village Building Planning Guidelines;

VILLAGE DEVELOPMENT PLANNING.
CHAPTER I OF THE GENERAL PROVISION
Article 1
In this Region Regulation referred to:
1. The area is Magelang County.
2. The Regional Government is the Regent and the Regional Device as an element of the regional government's organizer.
3. The subdistrict is a seagull working area as a County-area device.
4. Camat is the leader of a subdistrict device whose work region includes the villages in question.
5. 20. The Village Revenue and Shopping Budget (APBVillage) is the annual financial plan of the village government discussed and agreed jointly by the Government of the Village and the BPD, which is set with the Village Regulation.
BAB II
RUANG SCOPE OF VILLAGE DEVELOPMENT PLANNING
Article 2
(1) In order to host village governance, compulsory planning
village development as one unity in the regional development planning system.
(2) The planning of the Village Building is as follows: a. Village Medium Term Development Plan; b. Village Development Work Plan.

(3) In compiling a village development planning as referred to a paragraph (1) is required to involve the village community community and community leaders individually.
Article 3
(1) The Country-Term Development Plan As referred to as section 2 paragraph
(2) the letter a, it is the document of the village development plan for a term of 5 (five) years.
(2) The RPJM-Village contains the vision, mission, purpose, strategy, policy, program and activities of the village building with guidelines on the Regional RPJM.
(3) RPJM-Village as referred to in paragraph (1) set with Village Regulation.
Article 4
(1) The village Development Work Plan as referred to section 2 of the paragraph (2) letter b, is the definition of RPJM-Village for a term of 1 (one) year.
(2) The RKP-Village contains the framework program, village development priority, activity plan and its funding to be performed directly by the Village Government or the one which is taken by encouraging community participation.
(3) The RKP Village as referred to in paragraph (1) is set with the Village Chief Decision.

DRAFTING OF CONSTRUCTION PLANNING DESA

Section 5
(1) The Village Development Planning is implemented with the Planning system

Section 6

(4) The annual Musrenbangvillage is organized in order to compose the RKP Village for a term of 1 (one) year.
Article 7
(1) The Village Chief is responsible for composing the Village RPJM for a term of 5 (five)
Year and Next, assemble the RKP Village for a term of 1 (one) Year.

Article 8

Article 11

Article 15
(1) For the village that does not compose village development planning and/or

(2) The provisions of the awarding of the sanctions as referred to in paragraph (1) are set further by the Rules of the Count.

BAB VII TRANSITION
Article 16
(1) The provisions set about Village Development Planning
still remain in effect as long as it does not conflict with this Regional Regulation.

(3) For the village before the enactment of the regulations this area has established the Village Regulation on RPJMVillage, it is still remain in effect for the duration of the expiring term.

THE GUIDING GUIDELINES OF THE VILLAGE DEVELOPMENT PLANNING
I. UMUM
The village government in organizing village development affairs needs
basing on a systematic, guided, integrated, thorough and percepting village development plan for change. It is intended that the implementation of village development can be effectively, efficiently and precisely targeted in order to improve the life and well-being of the village community. It is therefore necessary for a village development planning system which is a unit of planning for the development of the village to produce a Country-term (RPJM Village) development plan for a term of 5 (5) years and Village Development Work Plan (RKP Village) for a term of 1 (one) year.
The system of drafting the village development planning document using the Partisipative planning approach of the Village Community Development is the planning system of planning which is implemented by engaging all parties of interest to Village building. The repentance of the parties is in order to gain aspiration and to create a sense of having and responsibility together in the implementation of development plans for the advancement of his village.
The village development planning system consists of 4 (four) the stage is: 1. The drafting of the plan; 2. The termination of the plan; 3. The control of the execution of the plan; and 4. Evaluation of the execution of the plan.
The four stages are organized continuously so as a whole form a whole planning cycle.
