Article 1 In this ministerial regulation is: 1. Business and/or activities of oil and gas and geothermal is a business and/or activities in the fields of oil, gas, geothermal and/or the including: exploration and production of oil and gas (OIL & GAS) either on shore or off shore, the geothermal exploration and production, refining of petroleum refining, liquified natural gas (LNG) and liquified petroleum gas (LPG) , and installation, oil terminal and depot. 2. Processing is a purifying, obtaining parts, enhancing quality, and increase the added value of oil and/or natural gas, but does not include processing field. 3. Article 2 (1) of the raw waste water Quality for businesses and/or activities of oil and Gas and Geothermal include: a. the raw waste water Quality For business and/or oil and gas exploration and production Activities as listed in Annex I of the regulation of the Minister; b. Quality of raw Wastewater for businesses and/or activities of LNG and LPG Integrated Refineries as listed in Annex IV to this regulation of the Minister; and e. the raw waste water Quality For business and/or Installation Activities, Oil Depot and Terminal as listed in Appendix V of this regulation of the Minister. (2) the annex referred to in paragraph (1) is the part that is an integral part of this regulation of the Minister.
