Back COUNTRY SHEET Republic of INDONESIA No. 55, 2010 REGULATIONS of the PRESIDENT of the REPUBLIC of INDONESIA number 19 of 2010 REGARDING the PASSAGE of PROTOCOL TO IMPLEMENT THE SIXTH PACKAGE OF COMMITMENTS UNDER THE ASEAN FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT ON SERVICES (PROTOCOL for IMPLEMENTING the SIXTH PACKAGE COMMITMENT WITHIN the ASEAN FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT on SERVICES) and the GRACE of GOD ALMIGHTY the PRESIDENT of the Republic of INDONESIA, Considering: a. that in Singapore on November 19, 2007 the Government of the Republic of Indonesia has signed the Protocol to Implement the Sixth Package of Commitments under the ASEAN Framework Agreement on Services (Protocol for implementing the Sixth Package Commitment within the ASEAN Framework Agreement on Services), as the result of negotiations between the representatives of the delegations of the ASEAN Member countries;
b. that based on considerations as referred to in letter a, the need to ratify the Protocol by regulation of the President;
Remember: 1. Article 4 paragraph (1) and article 11 of the Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia in 1945;
2. Law Number 24 year 2000 concerning international treaty (State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia year 2000 Number 185, an additional Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia Number 4012);
3. Presidential Decree Number 88 in 1995 about the Endorsement of the ASEAN Framework Agreement on Services (State Gazette of the Republic of Indone-sia 1995 Number 82);
Decide: define: PRESIDENTIAL REGULATION on ENDORSEMENT of the PROTOCOL TO IMPLEMENT THE SIXTH PACKAGE OF COMMITMENTS UNDER THE ASEAN FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT ON SERVICES (PROTOCOL for IMPLEMENTING the SIXTH PACKAGE COMMITMENT WITHIN the ASEAN FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT on SERVICES).
Article 1 affirms the Protocol to Implement the Sixth Package of Commitments under the ASEAN Framework Agreement on Services (Protocol for implementing the Sixth Package Commitment within the ASEAN Framework Agreement on Services), which was signed in Singapore on November 19, 2007 the original texts in the language of the United Kingdom and its translation in Indonesian Language as attached and part of which is inseparable from the Rule of the President.

Article 2 in the event of a difference of interpretation between the manuscript translation of the Protocols in the Indonesian Language with the original manuscript in the language of the United Kingdom referred to in article 1, which apply to the original manuscript is in the language of the United Kingdom.

Article 3 of the regulation this President comes into force on the date specified.

In order to make everyone aware of it, ordered the enactment of regulations this President with its placement in the State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia.
