ENACTMENT PROTOCOL TO IMPLEMENT THE SIXTH PACKAGE OF COMMITMENTS UNDER
THE ASEAN FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT ON SERVICES (PROTOCOL TO CARRY OUT COMMITMENTS
THE SIXTH PACKAGE IN THE ASEAN FRAMEWORK APPROVAL IN THE SERVICES FIELD)
WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weigh: a. that in Singapore, on November 19, 2007 the Government of the Republic of Indonesia has signed Protocol to Implement the Sixth Package of Commitments under the ASEAN Framework Agreement on Services (Protocol to Implement Package Commitments Sixth in the ASEAN Framework Agreement in the Field of Services), as a result of the negotiations between the representatives of the delegates of ASEAN Member States;
B. that based on the consideration as referred to in the letter a, it is necessary to validate the Protocol with the Presidential Regulation;
Remembering: 1. Section 4 of the paragraph (1) and Article 11 of the Basic Law of the Republic of Indonesia Year of 1945;

Act Number 24 Year 2000 on International Agreement (State of the Republic of Indonesia 2000 Number 185, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number 4012);
DECIDED:
Establish: PRESIDENTIAL REGULATION ON PROTOCOL TO IMPLEMENT THE SIXTH PACKAGE OF COMMITMENTS UNDER THE ASEAN FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT ON SERVICES (PROTOCOL TO CARRY OUT THE SIXTH PACKAGE COMMITMENT IN THE ASEAN FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT) IT ' S A SERVICE.
Section 1
Validate the
Protocol to Implement the Sixth Package of Commitments under the ASEAN Framework Agreement on Services (Protocol to Implement The Sixth Packet Commitment in the ASEAN Framework Agreement in the Field of Services), which has been signed in Singapore, on November 19, 2007 whose original English text and translation is in Indonesian as attached and is an inseparable part of this Presidential Regulation.
Section 2
In the event of a different interpretation between the translation of the Protocol of the Protocols in English with the original English text as referred to in Article 1, the original text is in English.
Section 3
This President ' s regulation begins to apply at the set date.
