Article 1 In this ministerial regulation is: 1. The Western Part of the Central District is the autonomous region as mentioned in Act No. 40 of 2003 concerning the establishment of the Eastern Seram Regency, Regency of the Central Western part and Aru Islands in Maluku province, as modified by the ruling of the Constitutional Court the number 123/PUU-VII/2009 dated February 2, 2010. 2.
