SET: THE INTERIOR MINISTER ' S REGULATION ON THE BOUNDARY OF THE WESTERN SPOOKY COUNTY AREA WITH THE CENTRAL MALUKU COUNTY OF MALUKU PROVINCE.

Article 1 In the Regulation of the Minister is referred to: 1. Western Scary County is an autonomous region as

referred to in Law No. 40 of 2003 on the formation of East Seram Regency, West Seram Regency and Aru Islands Regency in Maluku Province, As amended by the Constitutional Court Decree No. 123 /PUU-VII/2009 dated 2 Pebruary 2010.

2. Central Maluku Regency is an autonomous region as referred to in the Emergency Law No. 23 of 1957 on the Establishment of the Swatantra Level II regions in the Molucantra Area Region I (Maluku) Region;

3. Maluku province is an autonomous region as referred to in the Emergency Law Number 22 of 1957 on the Establishment of the Moluccan Region Level Swatantra I Maluku;

4. The next major boundary pillar (PBU) is a pillar installed as a boundary sign between the Province/District/City that is placed directly on the boundary between the Provincial/Kabupaten/Kota;

5. The next major border reference pillar (PABU) is a pillar installed as a boundary sign between the Province/District/City laid on the side of the natural or artificial boundary which serves as the boundary line connecteage between the regions Province/Kabupaten/City.
