THE VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL (SMK) ELIGIBLE ELIGIBILITY TO BE USED IN
LEARNING
WITH THE GRACE OF GOD ALMIGHTY NATIONAL EDUCATION OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
DRAW: A. that under Article 43 Verse (5) of the Regulation of the Government of the Republic of Indonesia No. 19 of 2005 on the National Standards of Education, the National Standards Board of Education has the task of assessing the viability of content, language, presentation, and graphing of textbooks lessons;
b. that the National Standards Board of Education has conducted a vocational high school textbook assessment and has determined textbooks that meet the eligibility of content, presentation, language, and graphicity to be set with the Regulation Minister of National Education;
c. that under consideration as a letter of a and letter b, need to establish the National Education Minister's Regulation on the Redemption of the Book of the Text

The Vocational High School Lessons (SMK) Qualified Eligibility Eligibility for Use in Learning;
Given: 1. Law No. 20 of 2003 on National System of Education (State Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia in 2003 Number 78, Additional Gazette Number 4301);
2. The Government of Indonesia Regulation No. 19 of 2005 on the National Standard of Education (State Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia in 2005 Number 41, Additional Gazette Number 4496);
3. Presidential Decree No. 24 of 2010 on Occupation, Duty, and Functions, as well as Susunan Organization, Duty and Functions of Eselon I Ministry of State of the Republic of Indonesia;
4. Presidential Decree No. 84 /M Tahun 2009 regarding the formation of the United Indonesia Cabinet II;
5. National Education Minister's Law Number 2 of 2008 on the Book;
DECIDED: SET OUT: NATIONAL EDUCATION MINISTER REGULATION
ABOUT THE ASSIGNMENT OF 30 VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL TEXTBOOKS (SMK) TEXTBOOKS. THE FEASIBILITY OF BEING USED IN LEARNING.
Article 1 of the vocational high school textbooks (SMK), as set forth in the Order of the Regulation of this Minister, qualified the eligibility for use in learning.
Article 2 Changes over the contents of the textbook ' s textbooks as referred to in Article 1 it is mandatory for approval from the National Standards Board of Education (BSNP).
Article 3 of the Minister ' s Regulation is beginning to apply at a set date.
