REGULATION of the MINISTER of RELIGIOUS AFFAIRS of the REPUBLIC of INDONESIA number 4 of 2010 on the ESTABLISHMENT of the OFFICE of the RELIGIOUS MINISTRY OFFICE, NAGEKEO REGENCY MINISTRY Central SUMBA REGENCY RELIGION and RELIGIOUS MINISTRY OFFICE SOUTHWEST SUMBA REGENCY in EAST NUSA TENGGARA PROVINCE with the GRACE of GOD ALMIGHTY MINISTER of RELIGIOUS AFFAIRS of the REPUBLIC of INDONESIA, Considering: that in order to improve services to the community in the field of religion as well as to follow up on Act No. 2 of 2007 concerning the formation of Nagekeo Regency in East Nusa Tenggara province , Act No. 3 of 2007 on the establishment of Central Sumba Regency in East Nusa Tenggara province, and Act No. 16 of 2007 concerning the formation of the Southwest Sumba Regency in East Nusa Tenggara province, need to set Rules on the establishment of the Office of the Minister of religious affairs of the Ministry of Religion Nagekeo Regency, the religious Ministry Office Central Sumba Regency, and the religious Ministry Office Southwest Sumba Regency in East Nusa Tenggara province; www.djpp.depkumham.go.id 2010, no. 150 2 Remember: 1. Minister of religious affairs Regulation number 3 of 2006 about the Organization and the Work of the Department of religion; Notice: approval of Minister of State for Administrative Reform in the letter number: B/2655/URM.PAN/8/2009 dated 25 August 2009; www.djpp.depkumham.go.id 2010, no. 150 3 decide: define: MINISTER of RELIGIOUS AFFAIRS REGULATIONS on the ESTABLISHMENT of the OFFICE of the MINISTRY OF RELIGION NAGEKEO REGENCY, the RELIGIOUS MINISTRY OFFICE CENTRAL SUMBA REGENCY, and the RELIGIOUS MINISTRY OFFICE SOUTHWEST SUMBA REGENCY in EAST NUSA TENGGARA PROVINCE. CHAPTER I article 1 FORMATION Forms: a. Religious Ministry Office on Nagekeo Regency Nagekeo Regency; b. Office of the Ministry of Religion of Central Sumba Regency in Central Sumba Regency; and c. the religious Ministry Office Southwest Sumba Regency in the Southwest Sumba Regency In East Nusa Tenggara province. CHAPTER II the POSITION, duties and FUNCTIONS of the Office of the Ministry of Religion Article 2 Nagekeo Regency, the religious Ministry Office Central Sumba Regency, and the religious Ministry Office Southwest Sumba Regency as referred to in article 1 is a vertical agencies of the Ministry of Religion that is under and is responsible directly to the head of the Regional Office of the Ministry of religion of East Nusa Tenggara province. Article 3 the religious Ministry Office District as referred to in article 2 has the task of carrying out the duties and functions of the Ministry of religion in the counties on the basis of the provisions of the legislation. Christian Religious Affairs Section; d. educational section of Christianity; e. Organizer Hajj and Umrah; f. Organizer Catholic Community Guidance; and g. the functional Position of the group. (3) the order of Organization of religious Ministry Office Southwest Sumba Regency, East Nusa Tenggara province consists of: a. The Subsections; b. Section education and guidance of the Islamic community; c. Christian Community Guidance Section; d. the Catholic Community Guidance Section; e. Organizer Hajj and Umrah; and f. Group Functional Position. (4) the structure of the organization chart of the Office of the religious Ministry Office, Nagekeo Regency Ministry Central Sumba Regency Religion and Religious Ministry Office Southwest Sumba Regency as mentioned in Annex I, annex II and annex III to this Regulation. (6) the Catholic Community Guidance Section has a duty perform services and guidance for the management of religious institutions and means, technical personnel and religious counseling, religious education and Catholic religious education, as well as the guidance of the management information system of the Catholic community. (7) the Catholic Religious Affairs Section has a duty perform services and guidance for the management of religious institutions, extension and technical coaching, religious personnel means religious affairs management information system as well as Catholicism. (8) Section of Catholic religious education has a duty perform services and guidance for the management of Catholic religious education at secondary level of basic and middle level, religious education, as well as management information system of religious education-Catholic (9) organizers of Hajj and Umrah have a job doing service and guidance for the management of the registration and information system construction of the Hajj, Hajj travel and document, accommodation and Travel costs of the pilgrimage (BPIH) as well as guidance Hajj and ' umrah. (6) any direction of the units of the Organization and/or the working unit is obligated to carry out the scrutiny attached to, performance assessment, comply with the provisions of legislation and implementation of the results of its work report to their respective superiors are tiered and intervals. CHAPTER VI TRANSITIONAL PROVISIONS article 12 With the establishment of this rule then the units of work, employees, as well as the means of financing: a. Religious Ministry Office Nagekeo Regency is in the authority of the Office of the Ministry of Religion Ngada Regency soon was transferred to the Office of the Ministry of Religion Nagekeo Regency; b. Office of Central Sumba Regency Religious Ministries that are within the authority of the Office of the Ministry of religion of West Sumba Regency is immediately transferred to the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Central Sumba Regency; and c. the religious Ministry Office Southwest Sumba Regency is in the authority of the Office of the Ministry of religion of West Sumba Regency www.djpp.depkumham.go.id 2010, no. 150 9 soon was transferred to the Office of the Ministry of Religion Southwest Sumba Regency. CHAPTER VII PROVISIONS COVER Article 13 implementation of these regulations is carried out not later than within a period of 6 (six) months from the date set.
