The Polri kapor

Section 9
(1) In order to perform its duties, each member of the Polri is entitled to obtain the Kapri Polri according to the needs and interests of its duties.
(2) The Polri Kapor as referred to in paragraph (1) consists of:
a. Coaching Capable:
1. Pokok Kapor;
2. Function Capor; and
3. Field Unit Equipment;
B. Operation Capor:
1. Country Operations Capital;
2. Foreign Operations Kapor;
C. Foreign Education Capor:
1. Summer; and
2. Winter;
D. Overseas Visit Capor;
e. First Education Capor:
1. First Education of the Police Academy;
2. First Education Officer Police Source Scholar; and
3. First Education Bintara;
f. Development Education Capor:
1. College of Staff and High-Level Administrative Leadership;
2. The School of Staff and the Leadership of Polri;
3. College of Police Science;
4. The Inspector Advanced School; and
5. Officers ' School of Establishment.
(3) The provisions of Kapor Polri as referred to in paragraph (1) and paragraph (2) are governed in accordance with the Kapolri Regulation.

The Sixth Part
Honor Sign

Section 10
(1) The Honorary Mark is provided with the Presidential Decree according to the provisions of the laws.
(2) The type of Honorary Sign is given in form:
a. star;
B. satyalencana; and
C. It's a sammasterpiece.
(3) The mark of honor as referred to in paragraph (2) is provided in accordance with the requirements under the terms of the laws.

The Seventh Part
The Service/Hostel/Mess Housing

Section 11
(1) To support the execution and agility of the task, Polri members can obtain service/asrama/mess housing.
(2) For the members of the Polri who have not obtained a service/asrama/mess housing can be granted rental of the house rent according to the financial capability of the country set with the Presidential Regulation.
(3) The provisions regarding service housing/asrama/mess as referred to in paragraph (1), are governed by the Kapolri Regulation.

The Eighth Part
Transport or Transport Service

Section 12
(1) In order to support the implementation and agility of the task, the members of the Polri can obtain transport facilities or transport of services.
(2) For the members of the Polri who have not obtained a transport facility or transport of services can be given transportation money in the city according to the financial capability of the country set out with the Presidential Regulation.

The Ninth Part
MPP/Retirement

Section 13
(1) The members of the Polri who will enter the maximum pension age are given the opportunity to undergo the most prolonged MPP 1 (one) year.
(2) The members of the Polri who undergo the MPP obtain the right as referred to in Section 2, Section 3 of the paragraph (1) letter a, letter c, letter d, Section 6, Section 7, Section 9 of the paragraph (2) the letters a, Section 10 and Section 11.

Section 14
Members of the Polri who are discharged with respect are entitled to the top:
a. pension rights, given if:
1. have a working period in the Polri service at least 20 (twenty) years; or
2. can no longer afford to work either in the Polri service or outside the Polri service due to the severe physical disability and the spiritual defect caused not in or at the time of service.
B. Privileges are retired to members of the Polri, given if:
1. have a working period in the Polri service at least 15 (fifteen) years and at most 19 (nineteen) years; or
2. can no longer be able to work either in the Police Service and outside the Police Service, due to the heavy and spiritual weight defects, caused not in or due to service;
(c) the right of support for the members of the Polri who have a working term for the 5th (five) year and the longest 14 (fourteen) years, given for the same period of time as the service he has served;
D. group and the degree of disability as referred to in the letter a and the letter b, set by the Polri Personnel Health Test Board which is set further by the Kapolri Regulation.

Section 15
Members of Polri or PNS Polri who were killed, killed or died ordinary, lost in duty, honed with respect from the Polri service, to his heirs given income in accordance with the provisions of the laws.

Tenth Part
Funeral and Money Duka

Section 16
(1) Members of Polri or Purnawirawan Polri who died may be buried at:
a. The Heroes Tomb park;
B. Breeding Police Tomb park; or
C. The garden of the Royal Police Cemetery.
(2) The funeral as referred to in paragraph (1) letter a is exercised in accordance with the provisions of the Laws of the Law.
(3) The funeral as referred to in paragraph (1) the letter b and the letter c are further regulated by the Kapolri Regulation.

Article 17
(1) The heirs of the fallen Polri members, killed or died of the ordinary, entitled to obtain the money of grief.
(2) The amount of grief money as it is referred to in paragraph (1) is governed in accordance with the provisions of the laws of the Law.

Section of the Eleventh
Spiritual Coaching, Mental and Tradition

Section 18
(1) Each Polri member is entitled to spiritual, mental and tradition coaching.
(2) The spiritual, mental and tradition coaching as referred to in paragraph (1) includes 3 (3) teaching subjects:
a. Faith/majesty;
B. morals/etika; and
C. -Social.-Social.
(3) The provisions of spiritual, mental and tradition coaching are further set up with the Kapolri Regulation.
(3) The further provisions of the implementation of legal assistance and security protection as referred to in paragraph (1) and paragraph (2), are governed by the Capolri Regulation.

The Fourth Part
Leave
Section 8
(1) Each Polri member is entitled to a leave of absence.
(2) The Cuti as referred to in paragraph (1) includes:
a. annual leave;
B. sick leave;
c. special leave;
D. religious leave of worship;
e. Maternity leave/melahirkan;
f. leave of absence outside the country ' s dependents; and
G. Leave with an important reason.
(3) Further provisions on the exercise of leave as referred to in paragraph (2) are governed by the Kapolri Regulation.
