REVOCATION OF CENTRAL JAVA PROVINCE AREA REGULATION NUMBER 9 OF 2006 ON AID FINANCE TO THE POLITICAL PARTY

WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD

THE GOVERNOR OF CENTRAL JAVA,

THE DRAW: A. that it has been promulred in 2008 of the Political Party juncto Regulation No. 5 Year 2009 on Financial Aid to Political Parties, then the Regional Regulation of Central Java Province Number 9 Year 2006 concerning the Law of Law of Law No. 9 of the Year of the Political Parties. Financial assistance to the Political Party is no longer appropriate, therefore, it needs a revocation;

b. that based on consideration as letter a, need to form the Regional Regulation on Repeal of the Central Java Provincial Regulation Number 9 Year 2006 on Financial Aid to the Political Party;

DECIDED:

Establisure: REGIONAL REGULATIONS ON THE REPEAL OF THE REGIONAL REGULATIONS OF CENTRAL JAVA PROVINCE NUMBER 9 OF 2006 ON FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO THE POLITICAL PARTIES.

Article 1

Central Java Provincial Regulation Number 9 Year 2006 On Financial Aid To Political Parties (Central Java Provincial Area 2006 Number 9 Series E Number 2, Extra Sheet Of The Province Of Java Middle Number 1) is revoked and declared not in effect.

Article 2

This Regional Regulation is beginning to take effect on the date of the promulcity.

For everyone to know it, ordered the invitation of this Area Regulation with its discoverer in the Sheet of Central Java province.
