ABOUT
THE COST OF HOSTING THE HAJJ YEAR 1431 H/2010 M
WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD,
REPRESSION OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weigh: a. that for the city of pilgrimage and order of the Hajj Year 143 1H/2010 M needs to be set for the Charge of the Hajj pilgrimage;
B. That is the cost of the Hajj pilgrimage season of 1431 H/2010 M is a component of the Cost of Hosting Pilgrimage of the Hajj which has been approved by the People's Representative Council of the Republic of Indonesia;
c. that in connection with such matters in the letter a and letter b, and to carry out the terms of
Section 21 Act No. 13 of 2008 on the Hosting Pilgrimage as amended by Act No. 34 of the Year 2009, is seen needing to establish the Presidential Regulation on the Cost of the Hosting Of Hajj Years 1431 H/2010 M;
Remembering: 1. Section 4 of the paragraph (1) of the Basic Law of the Republic of Indonesia Year of 1945;

Act No. 13 of 2008 on the Hosting Pilgrimage (sheet of State of the Republic of Indonesia 2008 No. 60, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia No. 4845 as amended by the Act 2009 Number 34 (Sheet Country Republic Of Indonesia In 2009 Number 142, Addition Of Sheet Country Republic Of Indonesia Number 5061);
DECIDED:
Establish: PRESIDENTIAL REGULATION ON THE COSTS OF HOSTING THE HAJJ PILGRIMAGE YEAR 1431 H/2010 M.
Section 1
In this Presidential Regulation, which is referred to:
1. The cost of hosting the Hajj pilgrimage which is next called BPIH is a number of funds that the pilgrims must pay for the Hajj pilgrimage.
2. Jemaah haji is a citizen of the Islamic state and has registered to make the Hajj pilgrimage according to the requirements specified.
3. Bank Recipient of the Fees Hosting Services Hajj which is next called BPS-BPIH is the bank appointed by the Minister of Religious Affairs to receive the BPIH deposit.
Section 2
(1) BPIH Year 143 1H/2010M covers the cost of hajj flights, general service fee (general service fee) for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the cost of logging in Makkah and Medina, and cost of living (living cost).
(2) The Cost Of The Host of Hajj In 1431 H/2010 M, is as follows:
a. Aceh embarkation for USD 3,147;
B. Field embarkation of USD 3,237;
C. Batam embarkation of USD 3,325;
D. Padang embarkation of USD 3,233;
e. Palembang embarkation of USD 3,280;
f. Jakarta embarkation for USD 3,364;
G. Solo embarkation of USD 3,327;
h. Surabaya embarkation for USD 3,432;
i. Banjarmasin embarkation at USD 3,440;
J. The Balikpapan embarkation of USD 3,474; and
No, Makassar embarkation of USD 3,505.
Section 3
The cost of Hajj for pilgrims organized by the organizers of the special hajj worship is further arranged by the Minister of Religious Affairs in accordance with the provisions of the laws.
Section 4
(1) BPIH Payment of Year 1431 H/20 10 M as referred to in Section 2 of the paragraph (2) is done with the currency of the American dollar or the currency rupiah according to the sale of the Indonesian Bank transaction in effect on the day and date of payment.
(2) The Bank of Indonesia and BPS-BPIH prepare the foreign exchange according to the payment requirement of BPIH of 1431 H/20 10 M as referred to in paragraph (1).
Section 5
(3) BPIH is made available to the Minister of Religious Affairs via BPS-BPIH.
Section 6
(4) The Minister of Religious Affairs returned BPIH to the hajj pilgrims who had paid the lunas BPIH in 143 1H/2010M who cancelled themselves to depart for Hajj.
Section 7
(5) Further provisions necessary for the implementation of the Regulation of the President are set forth by the Minister of Religious Affairs.
Section 8
With the enactment of this Presidential Regulation, then the Presidential Regulation No. 31 Year 2009 on the Cost of Hosting Hajj 1430H/2009M as amended by the Presidential Regulation No. 41 of 2009 on Change of the Regulation President Number 31 of the Year 2009 on the Cost of Hosting Hajj 1430 H/ 2009 M, revoked and stated does not apply.
Section 9
The President's rules are effective on the date of the set.
