CHANGES TO THE REGIONAL REGULATION NUMBER 7 OF 2008 ON THE ORGANIZATION AND THE WORK GOVERNANCE OF THE REGION SECRETARIAT AND SECRETARIAT
DEWAN REPRESENTATIVES OF THE PEOPLE OF THE PROVINCE OF SOUTH SUMATRA PROVINCE
WITH THE GRACE OF GOD ALMIGHTY
THE GOVERNOR OF SOUTH SUMATRA, IN A DRAW: A. that in order to meet the demands of the organization
and the efforts to increase the performance of the execution of the principal task and
function, it is seen that it needs to be a refinement of
some organizational structures as well as the the principal tasks and functions of some of the Bureau
in the Regional Secretariat environment of South Sumatra, the Bureau
General and Humas, the Bureau of Supplies and the Bureau of Assets and the Bureau
Finance;
b. that based on consideration as in the letter a
need to form the Regional Regulation on the Changes to the Regulation
Area Number 7 of 2008 on Organization and Work
The Regional Secretariat and the Secretariat Regional People's Representative Council
South Sumatra Province.

AND GOVERNOR OF SOUTH SUMATRA
DECIDED:
Establish: REGIONAL REGULATIONS ON CHANGES TO REGIONAL REGULATIONS NUMBER 7 IN 2008 ABOUT THE ORGANIZATION AND THE WORK OF THE REGIONAL SECRETARIAT AND THE SECRETARIAT OF THE PEOPLE ' S REPRESENTATIVE COUNCIL AREA OF SOUTH SUMATRA PROVINCE.

Article I
Some Conditions in the Regional Regulation Number 7 of 2008 on the Organization and the Working Tata Secretariat and the Secretariat of the People's Representative Council of the Province of South Sumatra Province (section of the Area) 2008 No. 1 Series D), changed as follows:
1. The provisions of Article 5 of the paragraph (1) of the letter b number 6, number 11 and number 12 are changed, so that Article 5 reads as follows:
Article 5
(1) the Provincial Regional Secretariat, consists of:
a. Assistant: 1. Assistant Governance; 2. Assistant Economics, Finance and Development; 3. Assistant People's Welfare; 4. Administrative and General Assistant.
b. Bureau: 1. Bureau of Governance; 2. Bureau of Autonomy and Cooperation; 3. Bureau of Law and Human Rights; 4. The Bureau of Economy; 5. Bureau of Development Administration; 6. Bureau of Finance and Regional Assets; 7. The People's Welfare Bureau; 8. Liaison Bureau; 9. Women's Empowerment Bureau; 10. Bureau of Organization and Tatalaksana; 11. General Bureau and Supplies; 12. Bureau of Community Relations and Protocol.
c. Functional Position Group. (2) Chart the organizational Structure of the Regional Secretariat and Secretariat
The Provincial Regional People's Representative Council is as set forth in the Attachment and is an inseparable part of the Regulation of this Region.
2. The provisions of Article 18 are amended to read as follows:
Second Quarter
Economic Assistant, Finance and Development Article 18
Economic, Financial and Development Assistant has the task of assisting the Regional Secretary in the organizes governance tasks and coordinates the formulation of the policy of staging tasks and functions of regional devices in the areas of economy, finance and area assets as well as development.

3. The provisions of Article 19 are amended, so it reads as follows:
Article 19
To carry out the duties as referred to in Article 18,
Economic and Financial Assistant, Finance and Development have a function:
a. coordinate the formulation of regional device policies in the fields
economy, finance and regional assets as well as construction;
b. implementation of regional device administration in the economic field,
regional finance and assets as well as development;
c. Resource control of financial apparatus, development
infrastructure and the means of regional devices in the field of economics,
regional finance and assets as well as construction;
d. the execution of other tasks provided by the Governor in accordance with
the task and function.
4. The provisions of Article 20 are amended, so it reads as follows:
Article 20
Economic Assistant, Finance and Development, consists of:
a. Economic Bureau of Economy;
b. Construction Administration Bureau;
c. Bureau of Finance and Regional Assets.
5. Paragraph 3 of the Financial Bureau of Article 27, Article 28 and Article 29 is amended
to the Bureau of Finance and Regional Assets so that it reads as
following:

Article 27
The Bureau of Finance and Regional Assets have a duty to provide
administrative services in the holding of tasks

d. the execution of other tasks provided by the Governor in accordance with its duties and functions.
Article 29
The Regional Bureau of Finance and Assets, consists of:
a. Budget section, subsections 3 (three) Subsections, i.e.:
1. Budget subsections;
2. Budget Subsection II;
3. Subsection of Tata Business.
b. Treasury section, carrying 3 (three) Subsections, that is:
1. Treasury I subsections;
2. Treasury II subsections;
3. Treasury III subsections.
c. The Accounting and Reporting section, bringing in 3 (three) Subsections,
that is:
1. Subsections Accounting and Reporting I;
2. Subsections Accounting and Reporting II;
3. Subsections Accounting and Reporting III.
d. Subordinate section of the budget section, bringing 2 (two) Subsections,
that is:
1. Subordinate Area Budgeting Subsections;
2. Subordinate Areas Budget Subsections.
e. Asset Section, carrying 3 (three) Subsections, that is:
1. Asset Management Subsection; 2. Subsection of Planning and Asset Distribution; 3. Asset Management and Asset Status.

6. The provisions of Article 44 of the letter b and c are amended, so that Article 44 reads
as follows:

Assistant Administration and General, consists of:
a. Bureau of Organization and Tatalaksana;
b. General Bureau and Supplies;
c. Bureau of Community Relations and Protocol.
7. Paragraph 2 of the General Bureau and Public Relations Article 48, Article 49
and Article 50 are changed to the General Bureau and Supplies, so
reads as follows:

The General Bureau and Supplies have the task of providing services
administrative in the holding of local government tasks
and preparing materials coordination of policy formulation

Article 49
To carry out the duties as intended In Section 48, the Bureau
General and the Supplies have a function:

c. The Analysis of Needs and Absence Analysis, oversees 3 (three) Subsections, namely: 1. Program Filtering Subsections and Alisa Requirement; 2. Subsection of Auction; 3. Subsections of Purchase.
d. The Storage, Distribution and Maintenance section, oversees three (three) Subsections, namely: 1. Storage Subsection; 2. Subsection of Elimination and Distribution; 3. Subsection Maintenance.
8. Paragraph 3 of the Bureau of Equipment and Asset Management Section 51, Article 52
and Article 53 are changed to the Bureau of Community Relations and Protocol so that it reads as follows:

Article 51
The Bureau of Public Relations and Protocol has the task of providing administrative services in the hosting of local government tasks and preparing the formulation of the coordinates for the formulation of the policy of staging the task and function of the regional device in the field of public relations and Protocol.
Section 52
To carry out the duties as referred to in Section 51, the Bureau of Relations Society and Protocol have a function: a. the preparation of the coordination of the device policy formulation

Article 53

c. The Documentation and Distribution section, subsections 3 (3) Subsections, that is: 1. Publishing subsections; 2. Distribution Subsections; 3. Documentation Subsections and Clippings.
d. The protocol is three (three) subsections, namely: 1. Subsections of Protocol and Event; 2. Travel Subsections; 3. Subsection of the Leadership Business Department.
9. Article 65 of the letter b is changed nomenclature, so that the entirety of Article 65
reads as follows:

The Secretariat of the Regional People's Representative Council, consists of:
a. The General Part, oversees three (three) Subsections, that is: 1. Subsections of Tata Business; 2. Subsection Subsections; 3. Subsection of the Household.

b. Sections of the Trial and Legislation, under three (three) Subsections, namely: 1. Subsections Trial; 2. Subsections Legislation and Law; 3. Subsections Treatises.
c. The Finance section, carrying 3 (three) Subsections, that is: 1. Budget Subsection; 2. Subsection of Verification and bookkeeping; 3. Subsections of the Treasury.
d. Part of Community Relations and Protocol, carrying 3 (three) Subsections, that is: 1. Subsections of Information, Documentation and Library; 2. Subsections of Protocol and InterInstitution Relations; 3. Subsections of Services and Spiration of the Society.
