CHAPTER I GENERAL PROVISIONS article 1 In this regulation of the Minister of Defense is: 1. the Minister is the Minister of Defense of the Republic Indonesia which acts as Official Defense Ministry Personnel Center Patrons. 2. Adjustment of the Promotion Exam is an exam conducted by the Agency for CIVIL SERVANTS Kemhan with bound to material exam candidates Kemhan of CIVIL SERVANTS in accordance with the level of the diploma obtained and substance-related duty. Phase i: a) Pancasila; b) of the Constitution of 1945; c) Indonesian Language; d) language of United Kingdom; e) basic tasks, functions, organizational structure, and the workings of their respective organizational units; f) knowledge of substantive areas of the respective agencies and other knowledge that is considered necessary by the respective organizational units; and g) make the paper. 2. The substantive areas of Knowledge, the benchmark value of 10; 6. Basic tasks and functions, the benchmark value of 10; and 7.
