BORNEO TARAKAN, AND THE UNIVERSITY OF MUSAMUS

WITH THE GRACE OF GOD YANG MAHA ESA

PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

DRAWS: A. that to improve and develop resources

humans and the structuring of means and infrastructure in the education field

high as well as improving education quality in Islands Province

Bangka Belitung, East Kalimantan Province north, and

South Papua province, need to establish Bangka University

Belitung, Tarakan Borneo University, and Musamus University

as colleges in the Ministry of Education

National;

b. that Bangka Belitung University, Tarakan Borneo University,

and Musamus University are a diversion from the University

Bangka Belitung, University of Borneo, and the University of Musamus

Merauke maintained by the Foundation Bangka Belitung education,

The University of Borneo Organizing Board, and the Education Foundation

Anim Ha Merauke whose asset diversion has been carried out by

Bangka Belitung Education Foundation, Organizing Agency

University Borneo, and the Anim Ha Merauke Education Foundation

to the Minister of Education National in accordance with the provisions

DECIDED:

SET: A PRESIDENTIAL REGULATION ON THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE UNIVERSITY

BANGKA BELITUNG, THE UNIVERSITY OF BORNEO TARAKAN, AND

MUSAMUS UNIVERSITY.

Article 1

With this Presidential Regulation is established:

a. Bangka Belitung University as a college in the environment of the Ministry of National Education;

b. The University of Borneo Tarakan as a college in the environment of the Ministry of National Education; and

c. Musamus University as a college in the National Ministry of Education environment.

Article 2

Bangka Belitung University, Tarakan Borneo University, and Musamus University

as referred to in Article 1 hosting academic education and/or

vocational education in a group of science, technology, and/or arts disciplines and

if qualified can host a profession education.

Article 3

(1) All financing required for the hosting of Bangka University Belitung, Tarakan Borneo University, and Musamus University are charged in

The State Shopping and Shopping Budget.

(2) The Regional Government may assist the financing as referred to in paragraph (1) in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation. Legislation.

Article 4

At the time it starts to rule this Presidential Regulation:

a. all wealth, students, rights, and obligations of the Bangka Belitung Education Foundation is transferred to the wealth, students, rights, and duties of the University

Bangka Belitung;

b. all wealth, students, rights, and obligations of the Organizing Board of the University of Borneo is transferred to the wealth, students, rights, and obligations of the University

Borneo Tarakan;

c. all wealth, students, rights, and obligations of the The Anim Ha Merauke Education Foundation was transferred to the wealth, students, rights, and duties of the University

Musamus.

Article 5

At the time the President ' s Ordinance comes into effect:

a. All employees of the Bangka Belitung Education Foundation who work for Bangka Belitung University continue to exercise their duties until the status of

the staffing concerned in accordance with the provisions of the Ordinance

Negotiations;

. All the employees of the University of Borneo Organizing Agency who work at the University of Borneo continue to exercise their duties until the status of

the staffing concerned in accordance with the provisions of the Ordinance

The Invitation of the Law;

c. All employees of the Education Foundation Anim Ha Merauke who worked for Musamus Merauke University continue to exercise their duties until the status of

staff concerned in accordance with the provisions of the Ordinance

Negotiations.

Article 6

The status of staffing status as referred to in Section 5 is exercised as

following:

a. for Civilian Civil Servants employed at Bangka Belitung University, the University of Borneo, and Musamus Merauke University may be transferred to the status

to be the Central Civil Service Officer and assigned to Bangka University Belitung,

The University of Borneo Tarakan, and the University of Musamus;

b. For those of non-civil servants who work for Bangka Belitung University, the University of Borneo, and the University of Musamus Merauke may be

appointed as the Candidate for the Central Civil Service to the extent of the requirements

in accordance with the provisions of the Laws, and is assigned to

Bangka Belitung University, Tarakan Borneo University, and Musamus University.

Article 7

Further provisions are required for the implementation of the Presidential Regulation is governed by

National Education Minister, Minister State Personnel and Reform

The bureaucracy, the Finance Minister, and the Head of the State Personnel Agency with

pay attention to the provisions of the Laws.

Article 8

The rules of this President begin to apply at the designated date.
