WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD

PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

Weigh: a. that in order to host an accurate, relevant, timely, and reliable area financial information system, it can be accounted for, a change to the Government Regulation Number 56 of 2005 on the Regional Financial Information System;
B. that based on consideration as referred to in the letter a, it needs to establish the Government Regulation on the Changes to the Government Regulation No. 56Year 2005 on the Regional Financial Information System;

Remembering: 1. Section 5 of the paragraph (2) of the Basic Law of the Republic of Indonesia Year of 1945;
2. Act Number 33 Year 2004 of the Financial Balance between the Central Government and the Local Government (State Gazette Indonesia Year 2004 Number 126, Additional Sheet of State of the Republic of Indonesia) Number 4438);
3. Government Regulation Number 56 Year 2005 on Regional Financial Information Systems (Indonesian Republic of Indonesia 2005 Number 138, Additional Sheet Country Republic Indonesia Number 4576);

DECIDED:

SET: GOVERNMENT REGULATION OF THE CHANGE OVER GOVERNMENT REGULATION NUMBER 56 OF 2005 ON THE AREA ' S FINANCIAL INFORMATION SYSTEM.

Section 1
Article 17 in Government Regulation Number 56 of 2005 on Regional Financial Information System (Indonesian Republic of Indonesia Year 2005 Number 138, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number of Indonesia 4576), modified so it reads as follows:

Section 17
(1) In terms of the Local Government not to deliver the Regional Financial Information as referred to in Article 2 to the specified time limit as referred to in Article 7, is given a written warning by the Minister of Finance.
(2) The written warning as referred to in paragraph (1) is published at most 15 (fifteen) days after the specified time limit date.
(3) In the case of the Local Government not to deliver the Regional Financial Information within 30 (thirty) days after the publication of the written warning as referred to paragraph (1), the Finance Minister specified the sanction of the delay Dana's channing after coordinating with the Minister of the Interior.

Article II
The Regulation of this Government begins to apply on the date of the promulctest.

So that everyone knows it, ordering the invitation of this Government Regulation with its placement in the State Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia.

I. UMUM

Government Regulation Number 56 of 2005 on the Regional Financial Information System is set to improve the formulation of fiscal policy nationwide as well as improve transparency and accountability in the implementation of decentralization.
In order to support the acceleration of the Regional Financial Information delivery of the Local Government to the Central Government to be made changes to the arrangement regarding the delivery deadline, the warning giving procedures, and the sanctions that is in Government Regulation No. 56 of 2005 on the Regional Financial Information System.
With the change to Government Regulation No. 56 of 2005 on the Regional Financial Information System is expected to encourage the Local Government to be faster and timely in conducting the drafting of APBD and regional financial reporting so that can be made of legal certainty.
