Section 6C

Section 1
Some of the provisions in Government Regulation No. 7 of 2009 on Types and Tarif over Types of State Reception Not the Tax Applicable to the Department of Communication and Informatics (State Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia of 2009 Number 20, Additional The state sheet of the Republic of Indonesia Number 4974) is changed as follows:

1. The provisions of Article 4 are changed so that it reads as follows:

Section 4
The Radio frequency spectrum use authorization fee consists of:
a. Radio frequency spectrum usage rights fee for Radio Station Permission; and
B. The Radio frequency spectrum's use of the use of the radio frequency spectrum is available for radio frequency spectrum permits.

2. The provisions of Article 6 are changed so that it reads as follows:

Section 6
The Use of the Radio frequency spectrum for the Radio frequency spectrum permit as referred to in Section 4 of the letter b is specified through:
a. the mechanism of selection by paying attention to the public's purchasing power and ability; or
B. the mechanism of the calculation using the formula.

3. In between Section 6 and Section 7 of the following section 5 (5), Section 6A, Section 6B, Section 6C, Section 6D, and Section 6E, which reads as follows:

Section 6A
(1) The cost of the use of the use of the Radio frequency spectrum band permit specified through the selection mechanism as referred to in Article 6 of the letter a consists of:
a. Initial License charges; and
B. The Annual Radio Frequency Frequency permit fee.
(2) The cost of the Initial Permission and the annual Radio Frequency Frequency Spectrum Permit as referred to in paragraph (1) is set by the Minister of Communications and Informatics based on the results of the selection as referred to in Article 6 of the letter a.
(3) Initial Clearance Fees and the annual Radio Frequent Radio Spectrum Frequency Permit fee for the first year are required to be paid before the Radio Frequent Spectrum Bandwidth Permit is issued.
(4) Annual Radio Frequency Spectrum Permit fee for the second year until the time of the Radio Frequent Frequency Spectrum Permit terminates each year most slowly according to the date and the issuance of the Frequent Spectrum Frequency of Bandwidth Radio.

Section 6B
(1) The use of the use of the use of the Radio Frequency Spectrum Band (s) to be used by the calculation mechanism by using the formula as referred to in Article 6 of the letter b is the annual Radio Frequal frequency Spectrum Permit.
(2) The cost of the use of the Radio Frequvating Spectrum Frequency Band Permit as referred to in paragraph (1) applies to use:
a. The 800 MHz radio frequency band for holding mobile mobile network and holding network local remains without cable with limited mobility in the radio frequency range 824 MHz-845 MHz pairs with 869 MHz-890 MHz;
B. The radio frequency band 900 MHz for the staging of mobile mobile networks in the radio frequency range 890 MHz-915 MHz pairs with 935 MHz-960 MHz; and
c. radio frequency band 1800 MHz for the staging of mobile mobile networks in the radio frequency range 1710 MHz-1785 MHz pair with 1805 MHz-1880 MHz.
(3) The cost of the use of radio frequency spectrum permit usage rights as referred to in paragraph (1) is calculated by the formula:

(4) N, K, C, and B as referred to in verse (3) are set forth by the Minister of Communications and Informatics.
(5) I as referred to in paragraph (3) is specified in this Government Regulation Attachment.
(6) In setting C as referred to in paragraph (4) the Minister of C
