WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weigh: a. that in Cebu, Philippines, on December 8, 2006 the Government of the Republic of Indonesia has signed Protocol to Implement the Fifth Package of Commitments under the ASEAN Framework Agreement on Services(Protocol to Implementing Packages Fifth commitment in the ASEAN Framework Agreement on the Field of Services), as a result of the negotiations between the representatives of the ASEAN Member States delegates;
B. that based on the consideration as referred to in the letter a, it is necessary to validate the Protocol with the Presidential Regulation;
Remembering: 1. Section 4 of the paragraph (1) and Article 11 of the Basic Law of the Republic of Indonesia Year of 1945;

Act Number 24 Year 2000 on International Agreement (State of the Republic of Indonesia 2000 Number 185, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number 4012);
DECIDED:
Establish: PRESIDENTIAL REGULATION ON THE PROTOCOL TO IMPLEMENT THE FIFTH PACKAGE OF COMMITMENTS UNDER THE ASEAN FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT ON SERVICES (PROTOCOL TO IMPLEMENT A FIFTH COMMITMENT PACKAGE IN THE ASEAN FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT IT ' S A SERVICE.
Section 1
Validate the
Protocol to Implement the Fifth Package of Commitments under the ASEAN Framework Agreement on Services(Protocol to Implement The Fifth Commitment Package in the ASEAN Framework Agreement in the Field of Services), which has been signed. in Cebu, the Philippines, on December 8, 2006, which is originally in English and translated into Indonesian as attached and is an inseparable part of the Presidential Regulation.
Section 2
In the event of a different interpretation between the translation of the Protocol of the Protocols in English with the original English text as referred to in Article 1, the original text is in English.
Section 3
This President ' s regulation begins to apply at the set date.
