ABOUT
NATIONAL COUNCIL OF SPECIAL ECONOMIC REGION
PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weigh: a. that to organize the development of the Special Economic Area, at the national level needs to be created the National Council of the Special Economic Area;
B. that under
Article 15 paragraph (1) Law Number 39 Year 2009 on Special Economic Area, the National Council of the Special Economic Area is formed with the Presidential Decree;
c. that in respect of the consideration as referred to in the letter a and the letter b, need to establish the Presidential Decree on the National Council of the Special Economic Area;
Remembering: 1. Section 4 of the paragraph (1) of the Basic Law of the Republic of Indonesia Year 1945;

Act Number 39 Year 2009 of Special Economic Area (Indonesian Republic of Indonesia Year 2009 Number 147, Additional Gazette Republic of Indonesia Number 5066);
DECIDED:
SET: THE PRESIDENT ' S DECISION ON THE NATIONAL COUNCIL OF SPECIAL ECONOMIC REGIONS.
FIRST:
Establishing the National Council of the Special Economic Area, which is next called the National Council, with the membership arrangement as follows:
The Chair is captured by the Member: Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs;
Member:
1. Finance Minister;
2. Trade Minister;
3. The Minister of Industry;
4. The Minister of the Interior;
5. Public Works Minister;
6. Minister of Transportation;
7. The Minister of Labour and Transmigration;
8. National Development Planning Minister/Head of the National Development Planning Agency;
9. Head Of The Capital Planting Coordination Body.
BOTH:
The National Council is responsible and reports on the results of its duties to the President periodically or at any time when necessary.
THIRD:
All costs necessary for the implementation of the National Council duties are charged in the Shopping Budget of the Ministry of Economic Coordinating Ministry.
FOURTH:
This President ' s decision comes into effect at the set date.
