REGULATION OF DEFENSE MINISTER REPUBLIC INDONESIA NUMBER 08 2010

ON THE COACHING OF NATIONAL DEVELOPMENT UNIVERSITY "VETERANS"

WITH THE GRACE OF GOD ALMIGHTY DEFENSE MINISTERTHE REPUBLIC INDONESIA,

Win: a. that in the framework of the management and hosting of the National Development University "Veterans" as a college oriented National Resource empowerment for the benefit of the State Defense and National Development, it needs to be strengthened through the educational process appropriate to the Defense Ministry ' s vision and mission;

b. that in order to implement the provisions of article 6 of the Joint Decree of the Minister of State of Personnel of Personnel of the Republic of Indonesia, Minister of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia, Minister of Defense of the Security Republic of Indonesia Number: 110/1995, 311 /KMK.03/1995, KEP/06/VII/1995 dated July 12, 1995 on Special Terms for the Civil Servlet Department of the Security Defense Department of the Republic of Indonesia, which is employed at the National Development University "Veteran";

c. that based on consideration as in letter a and letter b, need to establish the Defense Minister's Regulation on the Coaching Of National Development University "Veteran";

Given: 1. DECIDED: Establish: DEFENSE MINISTER REGULATIONS ON

COACHING NATIONAL DEVELOPMENT UNIVERSITY "VETERANS".

THE CHAPTER I OF THE GENERAL PROVISION

Part Of The Understanding

Article 1 In This Defense Minister Regulation is referred to: 1. The Minister is the Secretary of Defense. 2. State Defense is all efforts to maintain sovereignty

CHAPTER II COACHING UPN "VETERAN"

PART OF HUMAN RESOURCES COACHING

PARAGRAPH 1 EMPLOYEE UPN " Veterans "

in connection with the implementation of the system; e. evaluate the work results of the executor; f. coordinate the execution of inventory; g. Review of the User Power Resource (DBPKP),

sign the Item (LKB), the Goods inventory (kIB), the inventory list (DIR), the Other inventory list (DIL) and the User Power Reports Report. Semester/Annual (LBPKPS/T);

h. deliver LBPKPS/T to UAKPB (General Bureau); and i. manage the BMNs in accordance with applicable laws

(4) In performing the task and function, the charge of UAPKPB appoints the SIMAK-BMN officer at the UAPKPB level consisting of an Administrative Officer and Verification Officer to carry out the following activities: a. maintain a source document and a BMN accounting document; b. carry out inventory and build LHI; c. fertilize BMN into DBPKP based on source documents; d. provides a registration mark on the BMN; e. create DIR, KIB, and DIL; f. Set up a BMN transaction journal at the end of the month; g. assemble the LBPKPS at the end of the semester and the LBPKPT and the LKB

at the end of the Budget Year; and h. save a BMN data archive and perform a book-closing process every

end of the Budget Year. (5) The removal of assets remains exercised upon obtaining consent

Education Curriculum Section 14

(1) UPN "Veteran" manages Higher Education with guidelines on the curriculum appropriate to the national standards of education (SNP) and the institutional charge set by the Minister Defense.

supporting the hosting of the State Defense. (3) The availability of the SDM with a variety of its activities can be utilized by

Section Sixth Representative

Article 17 (1) On each UPN "Veteran" placed a representative as

the liaison between Kemhan and UPN "Veteran". (2) The Representative as referred to in paragraph (1) is chaired by the PNS dpk

(4) The Representative as referred to in paragraph (1) has the following task: a. Perform coordination with relevant officials in the environment

The Ministry of Defence which includes staffing, asset management/BMN and institutional load curriculum;

b. conduct consultation on the management of staffing administration in the field of appointment and termination in the functional office of lecturers, rank and other treatments;

c. carrying out the State-owned Goods in the State of the Goods as SIMAK- BMN;

d. convey information about the development of the employee's performance; and

e. Make periodic reports on employee strength, state-owned goods and curriculum execution.

(5) Representative as referred to in paragraph (1) is responsible to the Kemhan General Secretary while the tehnis problem is coordinated with: a. Dirjen Pothan in terms of reporting of the implementation of the payload curriculum

staffing, State-owned goods targeting (SIMAK BMN) and reporting execution of institutional load curricula before being delivered to stakeholders.

BAB III OPERATIONAL ORGANIZER UPN "VETERAN"

(1) The foundation is set as an education organizer of UPN "Veteran". (2) In the staging of education as referred to in paragraph (1)

accounted for by the YKPP. (4) In the run of duties the Chairman of the Foundation is assisted by the Head of the Agency

Managing Education YKPP.

Second Section UPN "Veteran"

Article 19 UPN "Veteran" Yogyakarta, UPN "Veteran" East Java and UPN "Veteran" Jakarta are each led by a Rector.

Article 20 (1) UPN "Veteran" has a task carrying out Tri Dharma School

CHAPTER IV COORDINATION

CHAPTER V SUPERVISION AND INSPECTION

Article 22 (1) UPN "Veteran" in the financial and asset management of the country,

periodically conducted surveillance and inspection. (2) The supervision as referred to in paragraph (1) is exercised by the internal supervisor of the Inspectorate General of the Ministry of Defence. (3) The examination as referred to in paragraph (1) is exercised by the external examiner-BPK RI and/or the Independent Auditor.
