The representative of the non structural institution is ruled by Kemhan of CIVIL SERVANTS employed dpk UPN "Veteran" is designated as a liaison between Kemhan and UPN "Veteran". 10. Tri Dharma College is a function of education and teaching, research, service to the community. (3) the scope of regulation of the Minister include coaching, management, organizers, coordination, supervision and inspection, in the neighborhood of UPN "Veteran". The third part of the basic value of UPN "Veteran" article 3 of the basic value of UPN "Veteran" includes: a. sesanti "Widya Mwat Yasa", is a study to devoted to the sacred heart of the country with a net as well as heartfelt and sincere; and b. kejuangan, discipline, and creativity as well as has awareness of the country's defense. Basic clarity purposes i.e., every activity of UPN "Veteran" must have objectives that support the vision and mission of the Ministry of Defense; b. the principle of openness that is all activities is transparent and open, start planning, implementation up to termination; c. the principle of kenusantaraan i.e. any activity should pay attention to the interests of the entire territory of Indonesia; d. Ministry of defence CIVIL SERVANTS dpk UPN "Veteran"; b. other Ministry CIVIL SERVANTS as a lecturer; c. officers of the Foundation Remains. Article 6 (1) Ministry of defence civil servants as stipulated in article 5 letter a consists of produce educators and lecturers. (2) a lecturer as referred to in subsection (1) comes out of produce educators who have qualified Academic Office of the Ministry of national education established by the Minister of Defense. (3) Educational Personnel as referred to in subsection (1) is an employee who worked as educational administration personnel and other personnel in addition to professors. CHAPTER III OPERATIONAL PROVIDERS UPN "VETERAN" is considered Part of the Foundation of article 18 (1) Foundation established as education providers UPN "Veteran".
