Article 12

Article 14
(1) BPD Village Membership Awassagara is filled out of:

b. The representative of the villagers is concerned based on the representation of the territory specified under the provisions of the laws.
(2) The settings of the number, mechanism and layout of the BPD Village Awassagara Village membership charge as referred to in paragraph (1) letter b are exercised in accordance with applicable laws.
(3) Unrest and rapture The membership of the BPD Village Awassagara as referred to in verse (1), is determined by the Decree of the Regent.
(4) Finally the tenure of the BPD village Awassagara as referred to in paragraph (1) is the same as the end of the term of the BPD member Village of Linggamanik.
(5) Inauguration of BPD village member Awassagara Village is implemented in accordance with the laws.
BAB V
PERSONNEL, ASSETS AND DOCUMENTS
Article 15
(1) The Head of the Village of Linggamanik with the Chief of the Village of Awassagara inventorizes, organizes and carries out the transfer of personnel, submission the assets and documents to the Awassagara Village Government.
(2) The personnel beauty as referred to in paragraph (1) is carried out at most 3 (three) months since the inauguration of the Village Chief.

(4) Personnel as referred to in verse (1) and verse (2) include village devices due to the tasks and abilities required by the Village of Awassagara.
(5) The production of personnel as well as the submission of assets and documents as referred to in paragraph (2) and paragraph (3) to Awassagara Village is facilitated and coordinated by Camat Cikelet.
(6) The Assets and documents as referred to in paragraph (1) and paragraph (2) include:
a. the village treasury that will be utilized by the Awassagara Village Government which is within the area of Awassagara Village, unless otherwise specified by mutual agreement; and
b. documents and archives which are due to its nature required by the Village of Awassagara.
(7) If the submission and transfer of assets as well as the document as referred to in paragraph (6) is not implemented by the Head of Linggamanik Village, Camat Cikelet as deputy The Local Government is required to complete it.
(8) The implementation of the transfer of personnel as well as the submission of assets and documents as referred to in paragraph (1) is reported by Camat to Regent.
BAB VI
VILLAGE REVENUE
Article 16
(1) The village of Awassagara reserves the right to obtain the allocation of the village funds and other revenue in accordance with the laws.

Article 17
