1 SHEET of GARUT AREAS LD. 9 2010 R APPLICABLE LOCAL GARUT number 9 in 2010 on the ESTABLISHMENT of the VILLAGE of AWASSAGARA in the SUBDISTRICT of CIKELET with the GRACE of GOD ALMIGHTY the REGENT of GARUT, Considering: a. that to spur the development and progress of the subdistrict of Cikelet in General and the village of Linggamanik in particular as well as the existence of a growing aspirations in society, to do the improvement of the Organization of the Government development, implementation and public service in order to accelerate the realization of the welfare of the community; http://www.bphn.go.id/LD 9 2010 No. 9 2 b. that having regard to the geographical conditions, the ability of the economy, the potential of the area, land area, population and consideration of social aspects of political, social and cultural, and order as well as with the increasing burden of duties and the volume of work in the areas of governance, development and community in the village of Linggamanik, viewed the need to form the village of Awassagara in the Cikelet subdistrict; c. that the establishment of the village of Awassagara is expected to be able to encourage the improvement of services in the areas of governance, development and societal as well as be able to provide capabilities in harnessing the potential of the region; d. that based on considerations as referred to in letter a, letter b, letter c and the need to establish Regulations on the establishment of Garut Region village of Awassagara in district of Cikelet. The area is Garut. 2. Local Government is the Regent and the region as organizer of local governance. 3. The Regent was Regent of Garut. 4. The Government of the village is the Organization of Government Affairs by the Government of the village and the village of Consultative Bodies in organising and taking care of the interests of the local community based on the origin and the local customs are recognized and respected in the system of Government of the Republic of Indonesia Unity State. 5. The Government of the village is the village chief and the Village as the village government organizers. 6. The village head was the leader of the Organization of the Village Government. 7. The Agency's consultative Village, hereinafter called the BPD is the institution that is the embodiment of democracy in the Organization of the Government of the village as the village government organizers. 8. The establishment of the village is an amalgamation of several villages or parts of villages bersandingan, or extraction of one village into two or more villages, or the formation of the village just outside the village. 13. The solution/Extraction of the village is the Act of holding a new village within and outside the territory of the village. 14. the Secretariat is the village Councilor, technical field and implementing elements of the cantonal Parliament. 15. (5) the inauguration of the inaugural members of BPD Village Awassagara was carried out in accordance with the legislation. Chapter V the PERSONNEL, assets and DOCUMENTS Article 15 (1) the head of the village of Linggamanik along with the acting village head Awassagara inventory, organize and implement the transfer of personnel, assets and delivery of documents to the Government of the village of Awassagara. (7) if the surrender and transfer of assets as well as the documents referred to in subsection (6) is not implemented by the village head Linggamanik, head of the regional government representatives as the Cikelet compulsory finish. (8) the implementation of the transfer of personnel as well as the delivery of assets and the documents referred to in subsection (1) is reported by the Camat to Bupati.
