Article 4
(1) The type of wildlife that can be designated as hunting for hunting animals as referred to in Article 3, is listed in this Regulation attachment and is a part of which the following is the subject of the term. inseparable from this Regulation.
(2) The kind of wildlife other than those listed in the appendix as referred to in verse (1), can be designated as a hunting animal based on the hunting of the animal in its own Ordinance.

LAYOUT OF THE NUMBER OF ANIMALS HUNTING
Part Atu
Inventory and Monitoring
Article 5
(1) The number of hunting animals for each hunting ground, is set to be based on: a. the state of the population; and b. population growth rate.
(2) In order to know the population and rate of population growth as referred to in paragraph (1), inventorization or monitoring is regular.
(3) The inventory is performed against the type The earliest known species of the population.
(4) The inventory as referred to in verse (3) is carried out against: a. types of animals; b. the number of animals; c. a comparison of the animal sex; d. the breeding season of the animal; e. Child season or spawn of animals; f. -Animal age; g. Productivity productivity of animals; h. Wildlife distribution.

(5) Regular Monitoring is performed to establish the number of hunting animals for the types known to the initial data of the population as referred to in verses (3).
Article 6 (1) Of the Inventory as referred to in Article 5 of the paragraph (2), performed
by: a. UPT KSDA locates with the local UPT BaLitBangHut, for the
hunting park and in the hunt area in the forest area; b. UPT KSDA locale, local UPT BaLitBangHut and Government
Local area, to be in the hunt area outside the forest area; c. Local UPT KSDA, local UPT BaLitBangHut and Licensee's permission
A hunting park company, for the hunting park with the company's permission.
(2) In the execution of inventorization as referred to by paragraph (1) KSDA Chief UPT may be In cooperation with the competent institution.
(3) The further provisions of the inventory as referred to in paragraph (2) are governed in its own with the Regulation of the Director General.
Article 7 (1) The Monitoring is regularly as contemplated in Article 5 of the paragraph (2)
is done by: a. UPT KSDA locates with the local UPT BaLitBangHut, for the
hunting park and in the hunt area in the forest area; b. UPT KSDA locale, local UPT BaLitbangHut and Government
Local area, to be in the hunt area outside the forest area; c. Local UPT KSDA, local UPT BaLitbangHut and Licensee's permission
The service of the hunting park, for the burdened hunting park of the company's permission.
(2) The Baths are regularly held at least once in 1 (one) year.

The local UPT KSDA proposes a type of animal hunt based on the results of inventories as referred to in Article 6 of the paragraph (1) or results

regular monitoring as referred to in Article 7 of the paragraph (1) to the Director General.
Article 9
(1) The Director General sets out the type of animals not protected as a hunting animal, as follows :
a. in the hunt park, based on the regular inventory results or monitoring conducted by the local UPT KSDA with the local UPT BaLitBangHut;
b. in the hunting area, based on the regular inventory results or monitoring conducted by the local UPT KSDA with the local UPT BaLitBangHut and LIPI recommendations.
(2) The minister establishes the type of animals protected as a hunting ground based on the results of an inventory or regular monitoring conducted by the local UPT KSDA along with the local UPT BaLitBangHut and the LIPI recommendations.
Third section
The designation of the Number of Hunting Animals
Section 10
The local UPT KSDA proposes the number of animals based on the results of the inventories as referred to in Article 6 of the paragraph (1) or the regular monitoring results as referred to in Section 7 of the paragraph (1) to the Director General.
Article 11
(1) The Director General sets the number of animals hunting in the hunting park based on the recommendation of the local UPT Chief KSDA.
(2) The Director General sets out the number of animals hunting in the hunting area, based on the recommendation of the local UPT Chief KSDA and the recommendation LIPI.
Article 12
The number of hunting animals in the hunting garden is set by the hunting garden venture permit.

CHAPTER IV PROVISIONS
Article 13 By enactment of this Regulation, then the Decree of the Minister of Forestry No. 460 /Kpts-II/1999 dated June 23, 1999 on the Classification and the Governing Manner of the Number of Hunted Animals, revoked and declared no longer applicable.
Article 14 of the Minister of Forestry ' s Ordinance came into effect on the date of promulgance. In order for everyone to know, the Ordinance of the Minister of Forestry is promulred by its placement in the News of the Republic of Indonesia.
