M E M U T U S K A N: Set: MINISTER Of FORESTRY REGULATION CONCERNING CLASSIFICATION And DETERMINATION Of The AMOUNT Of WILDLIFE ORDINANCE HASTILY. CHAPTER I GENERAL PROVISIONS article 1 In this regulation is the Animal: 1. is a kind of rush of certain designated wildlife can be hunted. 2. UPT head BaLitBangHut is the head of the Balai Besar/Balai Forestry Research and development who is responsible to the head of Forestry Research and Development Agency. 18. The technical Implementing Natural resource conservation (UPT KSDA) is implementing a technical task organization in the field of natural resource conservation biodiversity and the ecosystem that consists of a Large Hall Natural resources conservation (Balai Besar KSDA) and natural resources Conservation (KSDA Hall) located at the bottom and are accountable to the Director General. 19. The head of the KSDA UPT is head of the Balai Besar or Chief KSDA KSDA Hall. CHAPTER II CLASSIFICATION of ANIMALS RUSH article 2 (1) Wildlife hunt is essentially unprotected wildlife.
