ABOUT THE SECOND CHANGE IN THE RELATIONSHIP MINISTER ' S DECISION

NUMBER: KM. 15 YEARS 2003 ABOUT THE MASTER PLAN (MASTER PLAN) RADIO FREQUENCY HOLDING SPECIAL TELECOM

FOR FM RADIO BROADCAST (FREQUENCY MODULATION)

WITH THE GRACE OF GOD ALMIGHTY

MINISTER OF COMMUNICATIONS AND INFORMATICS REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

Counterpart: a. that under the terms of Article 12 of the Decree of the Minister of Transportation Number: KM. 15 Year 2003 on the Master Plan (Master Plan) Radio Frequency Hosting Telecommunications Special for FM Radio Purposes (Frequency Modulation) as amended by the Decree of the Minister of Transportation Number: KM. 15 Year 2004, the territories that have not yet been listed in the master plan will be set up in its own regulations;

b. 15 Years 2003 on the Mother Plan (Master Plan) Radio Frequency Telecommunications Special for FM Radio Purposes. (Frequency Modulation) as amended by the Decree of the Minister of Transportation Number: KM. 15 Year 2004;

c. that to avoid interference from the use of radio frequencies between the Private Broadcasting Institute or the Public Broadcasting Institute with the Community Broadcasting Institute needs to set radio frequency channel separator (band guard);

d. that based on consideration as in the letter a, the letter b and the letter c, are seen as necessary for the Second Amendment to the Decree of the Minister of Transportation Number: KM. 15 Years 2003 on the Master Plan (Master Plan) Radio Frequency Special Telecommunications for FM Radio (frequency modulation) specified by the Ordinance of the Minister of Communications and Informatics;

DECIDED:

Assign: MINISTER OF COMMUNICATION AND INFORMATICS ABOUT

SECOND CHANGE TO THE DECISION OF MINISTER OF RELATIONS NUMBER: KM. 15 2003 ABOUT THE MASTER PLAN (MASTER PLAN) RADIO FREQUENCY HOSTING TELECOMMUNICATIONS SPECIFICALLY FOR THE PURPOSE OF FM BROADCAST RADIO (FREQUENCY MODULATION).

Article I

Some provisions in Decision Ministerial Ministerial Number: KM. 15 Year 2003 About the Master Plan (Master Plan) Frequency Radio Hosting Communications Specifically for FM Broadcast Radio Purposes (Frequency Modulation) as amended by the Decree of the Minister of Transportation Number: KM. 15 Year 2004 is changed as follows:

1. The provisions of Article 5 of the paragraph (2) are changed so that it reads as follows:

Section 5

(2) The radio frequency channel planning as referred to in paragraph (1) is used as follows: a. Radio frequency channel 1 s/d 200 for public broadcasting radio and radio

private broadcaster; b. Radio frequency channel 201 for the radio frequency channel separator (guard band); c. Radio frequency channels 202, 203, and 204 for community broadcasting radios.

2. Between Article 13 and Section 14 of the first one (one) section of Article 13 A which reads

as follows:

Article 13 A public broadcaster radio host and private broadcast radio organizer who use the radio frequency channel 201 required to adjust the radio frequency channel it uses under the provisions set up further by the Director General.

3. The provisions of Appendix IV are amended so that it reads as set forth in

The inseparable attachment of this Minister's Regulation.

Article II of the Regulation of the Minister goes into effect on the set date.
