THIRD CHANGE OVER REGULATIONS MINISTER OF INDUSTRY NUMBER 90 /M-IND/PER/ 11/2008 ABOUT PROGRAM

RESTRUCTURING MESIN/FOOTWEAR INDUSTRY

WITH THE GRACE OF GOD ALMIGHTY THE INDUSTRY OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

DRAWS: A. that in order for efficiency and performance of the implementation of the Footwear Restructuring Program of 2010, it is necessary to change some provisions as they are in the Regulation of Minister of Industry Number 90/M-IND/PER/11/2008 about The Footwear Industry/Equipment Restructuring Program as has been several times amended last with the Regulation Minister Perindustrian Number 78 /M-IND/PER/ 8/2009;

b. that based on the consideration of the letter a, it needs to be issued by the Ministry of Industry Regulations;

Given: 1. Decision of the President of the Republic of Indonesia No. 47 of 2009 on the Establishment and Organization of the Ministry of State;

2. Decision of the President of the Republic of Indonesia No. 84 /P of the Year 2009 on the Establishment of a United Indonesia Cabinet II period 2009-2014;

3. Regulations Minister Perindustrian Number 90 /M-IND/PER/11/2008 about the Footwear Industrial/Equipment Restructuring Program as amended by Regulation Minister Perindustrian Number 78 /M-IND/PER/ 8/2009;

DECIDED: Establits: REGULATION MINISTER REGULATION ON

THE THIRD CHANGE TO THE REGULATIONS OF THE INDUSTRIAL MINISTER NUMBER 90/M-IND/PER/11/2008 ABOUT THE MACHINERY RESTRUCTURING PROGRAM OF FOOTWEAR/FOOTWEAR INDUSTRY.

Section 1 of the Terms of Section 5 paragraph (5) in the Regulation of Minister of Industry Number 90/M-IND/PER/11/2008 on the Machinery Restructuring Program/Footwear Industry Equipment as has been several times amended last with the Ministerial Regulation The industrial number 78 /M-IND/PER/ 8/2009 was changed to the following:

Section 5 (5) The giving of pricing as referred to in paragraph (2), paragraph (3) and paragraph (4) applies to the purchase of a machine/equipment since July 1, 2009 and has not been submitted in the same program in the previous year.

Article II of the Minister ' s Regulation is beginning to apply at the specified date.
