REGULATIONS MINISTER REGULATION REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA

NUMBER 42/M-IND/PER/3/2010 ON

ENFORCING INDONESIAN NATIONAL STANDARD CONSCRIPTION

WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD

MINISTER INDUSTRIAL REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

DRAWS: a. that in order to improve the competability of the national industry and ensure the quality of industrial output, protect consumers against the quality of the product and create a healthy and fair competition, needs to enact Indonesian National Standards (SNI) Cable mandatory;

b. that based on the consideration of the letter a, it needs to be issued by the Ministry of Industry Regulations;

Establish: REGULATIONS MINISTER OF INDUSTRY ON ENFORCING INDONESIAN NATIONAL STANDARDS (SNI) CABLE IN OBLIGATORY.

Article 1

through: a. the tester laboratory designated by the Minister with the appropriate scope

; or b. Overseas tester labs may be appointed by the Minister
