NUMBER 07/M-DAG/PER/3/2010 ON

HOSTING EDUCATION AND CHEMETROLOGIAN TRAINING

WITH THE GRACE OF GOD ALMIGHTY TRADE MINISTER REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

TO DRAW: a. that one of the indicators of the dignity of a nation is determined from the accuracy of the measurement results, so it needs to improve the quality of the Measuring Tools, Takar, Weigh, and Perlengeration (UTTP);

b. that the accuracy of the measurement results as referred to in the letter a, needs to be supported by Human Resources (SDM) that has a competency in the field of chemetrologian obtained through education and chemetrologian training;

c. that based on The consideration as specified in letter a and letter b, need to rearrange for education and chemetrologian training;

d. that under consideration as intended in the letter a, the letter b, and the letter c, need to establish the Trade Minister Regulation;

DECIDED: Establishing: REGULATION OF TRADE MINISTERS ON

HOSTING EDUCATION AND CHEMETROLOGIAN TRAINING.

CHAPTER I OF THE GENERAL PROVISION

CHAPTER III TYPE OF CHEMETROLOGIAN

CHAPTER VI REQUIREMENTS PARTICIPANTS FUNCTIONAL CHEMETROLOGIAN

(2) Indicator of the cognitive abilities as referred to in paragraph (1) letter a, covering: a. be able to absorb, recognize, know, and understand the meaning of an

concept, situation, knowledge of theory, facts, or terms in any subject matter; and

b. be able to apply and use the knowledge or subjects that have been acquired in a given period, analyze or decipher a particular situation, may be creatively thinking and performing judgment based on a particular criterion.

(3) Indicator of (skill) skills as referred to in paragraph (1) letter b, include: a. behaving positively and growing interest in carrying out the duties and

relevant questions, and actively discussing in class. (4) An indicator of the attitude and behavior as referred to in paragraph (1)

fellow participants, organizers, educators, and community environment; and

Article 27 Evaluation of the teaching in the teaching learning process is performed by the participant and the organizer of the functional dilation chemetrologian, covering the assessment aspect:

a. mastery of matter; b. Presentation systematics; c. capabilities of presenting; d. Punctuality of teaching and attendance; e. use of methods and means of dilates; f. Attitude and behavior; g. how to answer questions from participants; h. use of language; i. Motivations for the participants; j. instructional goal achievement; and k. fragihan dress.

Article 28 Evaluation of the establishment of a chemetrologian functional dilation in the course of the teaching process is performed by participants in both times and educators, covering the aspect of judgment: a. The effectiveness of the host is at rest; b. preparedness of the program and the suitability of the program with the planning; d. Classroom hygiene, dormitory, catering/dining, and room

bath; and e. the availability of entertainment, recreational, sports, and health facilities.

Article 29 Evaluation of a chemetrologian functional dilate alumni conducted by the Directorate of Metrology together with the Metrology Hall of Diklat, includes: a. ability to apply knowledge and carry out tasks

chemetrologian; b. standard of job competencies; and c. Potential and alumni career coaching in the field

chemetrologian. Article 30

The results of the evaluation results as referred to in Section 25, Section 26, Section 27, and Section 28 are delivered by the Head of the Centre for Education and Trade Training to the Head of the State Administration Institute with the Busan Director of the Metrology and the Head of the Bureau of Public Affairs and Organization.

CHAPTER XI GRADUATION AND COMPETENCY

PARTICIPANT IN FUNCTIONAL KEMETROLOGIAN Section 31

(1) Participants who have finished following the functional dietrologian dilates and are declared eligible to obtain the Letter Sign of Education and Training (STTPP).

(2) STTPP as referred to in paragraph (1), signed by: a. Head of the Centre for Trade and Commerce Training and Director

Metrology, if the kemetrologian dilat is organized by the Metrology Hall of Diklat; or

b. Head of the Centre for Education and Trade Training, and the leadership of other parties, if a chemetrologist is organized by the Metrology Hall of the Diklat in cooperation with the other party.

(3) The signing as referred to in verse (2), is fertilized on the front of the STTPP.

(4) On the back of the STTPP listed the chemetrologian dilate matter signed by the Chief of the Metrology Hall.

(5) The form, color, and size of the STTPP as set forth in Appendix VI which is a part of not separate from this Minister Rule.

Section 32 (1) Participant Diklat Participant has passed, conducted a competency test by

The Technical Team of the Competency based on the fulfilment of the competency standards as set forth in Annex VII which is an inseparable part of this Ministerial Regulation.

(2) Test Technical Team The competency of a paragraph (1) consists of a competent force of testers in its field under the provisions of the laws.

(3) The technical team of the competency test as referred to in paragraph (2) is formed by the Minister.

(4) The Minister is envisaged the formation of the Competency Test Technical Team as referred to in paragraph (1) to the Director General who is contesting legal metrology business.

(5) The Director General as referred to in paragraph (3) forming the competency Test Technical Team for the execution of a dilated participant's competency test, which has passed in a dilate held after 2010.

Section 33 (1) of the Participant as referred to in Section 32 of the paragraph (1) which passes

the competency test is given a Certificate of competence. (2) The Competency Certificates as referred to in paragraph (2), apply

for 2 (two) years and can be renewed. (3) The renewal of the Competency Certificate is conducted through a retrial

Article 34 of the performance of the competency test and the review of the competency as referred to in Article 33 set by the Director General who is contesting legal metrology.

BAB XII FINANCING

Article 35 Types of financing in the functional dilation, kemetrologian, technical dietrologian, and competency tests come from State Shopping Revenue Budget (APBN), Regional Shopping Revenue Budget (APBD), State acceptance is not a tax (PNBP), and/or any other source of financing in accordance with the provisions of the laws.

BAB XIII provisions TRANSITION

section 36 (1) Employees who served at UPT/UPTD or the Working Unit before

BAB XIV CLOSING provisions

Article 37 At the time the Minister's Ordinance came into force, Minister Regulation Trade Number 279/M-DAG/PER/2/2008 about the Education Guidelines and the Kemetrologian Training, revoked and declared does not apply.
