Minister of Trade Regulation Number 278/M-DAG/PER/2/2008 on human resources Kemetrologian; Decide: Define: REGULATION Of The MINISTER Of TRADE Of The ORGANIZATION Of The EDUCATION And TRAINING KEMETROLOGIAN. CHAPTER I GENERAL PROVISIONS article 1 In this ministerial regulation is: 1. Human resources Kemetrologian HUMAN RESOURCES Kemetrologian hereinafter referred is technically in charge of energy in order to realize the implementation of the system of legal metrology in Indonesia. 2. Education and training kemetrologian training kemetrologian hereinafter referred is the process of organizing teaching and learning in order to improve the knowledge, abilities, skills, expertise, and/or the attitude and behavior of HUMAN RESOURCES Kemetrologian. 3. Implementing the technical which further shortened UPT is implementing elements of technical tasks in the field of legal metrology which is under the Directorate of Metrology. 4. The technical Implementing Provinces or Kabupaten/Kota hereinafter abbreviated UNIT is implementing a technical task element in the field of legal metrology in the provinces or kabupaten/kota. 5. Work Unit is a technical unit of the Ministry/Government nonkementerian or the work Unit (SKPD) Area of the device that has the basic tasks and functions in the field of legal metrology. 6. Education and training Hall Metrology hereinafter referred Training Hall Training Institute is the Government of Metrology which is implementing technical unit in the field of education and training kemetrologian. 12. The head of the Center for education and trade training is head of wing Affairs organizing the education and trade training. 13. The staffing and organization Bureau Chief is the head of the Bureau of personnel affairs and wing of the organization. 14. Director of Metrology is the Director of wing Affairs legal metrology. CHAPTER II AIMS and OBJECTIVES TRAINING KEMETROLOGIAN Training kemetrologian article 2 aims: a. enhancing knowledge and skills in the field of kemetrologian; b. forming a personality and a sense of responsibility to carry out tasks in the field of kemetrologian in a professional manner; www.djpp.depkumham.go.id 2010, no. 727 7 c. establishes the attitude and spirit of devotion oriented on service, supervision and management of extension and standard laboratory and kemetrologian to protect the public interest; and d. creates a commonality of vision and the dynamics of thought patterns in the kemetrologian organizes activities to bring about an orderly progression in all areas based on Act No. 2 of 1981 on Legal Metrology. Article 3 Targets training and education kemetrologian is the availability of HUMAN RESOURCES for Kemetrologian who have the competence of the Office in accordance with the type and functional level, in the field of kemetrologian. CHAPTER III TYPES of TRAINING KEMETROLOGIAN training kemetrologian kinds of Chapter 4 consists of: a. functional training: kemetrologian; technical training and b. kemetrologian. Functional Training kemetrologian article 5 referred to in article 4 a, consisting of: a. training observers tera; b. training penera classified in levels of skilled and expert levels; and c. the education institution laboratories kemetrologian classified in levels of skilled and expert level. Article 6 Technical Training kemetrologian as referred to in article 4, letter b is carried out in accordance with the requirements set out by the Director of Metrology. Chapter V FUNCTIONAL TRAINING CURRICULUM KEMETROLOGIAN of article 9 (1) functional training Curriculum was drawn up based on the kemetrologian of conformity between subject standard of competence with the Office. CHAPTER VI TRAINING PARTICIPANT REQUIREMENTS KEMETROLOGIAN section 11 FUNCTIONAL requirements of functional training kemetrologian potential participants as referred to in article 4 a, as follows: a. training observers tera: 1. Civil servant (PNS) which comes from the UPT/UNIT and Unit of work; 2. the lowest education high school (HIGH SCHOOL) or the equal rank of most low Young Manager kindergarten. I/the spaces (II/b); 3. the lowest height 160 cm for men and women 155 cm; 4. the highest age 30 years for graduates of HIGH SCHOOL or equivalent and 35 years for a graduate Diploma III (D III) and scholar; 5. prospective participants of the woman is not pregnant in the State during the following training; and 6. passed the bar admission training observers tera strainer. b. training penera intermediate level: 1. Civil servant (PNS) which comes from the UPT/UNIT and Unit of work; 2. High school education majors IPA/SMK engineering with the lowest rank of the Young Manager kindergarten. I/the spaces (II/b) or Diploma III (DIII) majoring in engineering or SCIENCES; 3. the highest age 30 years for graduates of HIGH SCHOOL/SMK and 35 years for a graduate Diploma III (DIII); 4. prospective participants of the woman is not pregnant in the State during the following training; and 5. passed the bar admission training strainer penera intermediate level. c. training expert level penera: 1. Civil servant (PNS) which comes from the UPT/UNIT and Unit of work; www.djpp.depkumham.go.id 2010, no. 727 10 2. the lowest Strata of education I (S1) majoring in engineering or SCIENCES; 3. age of the highest 35 years; 4. prospective participants of the woman is not pregnant in the State during the following training; and 5. passed the bar admission training penera filter level experts. 6. training institution for skilled level kemetrologian laboratory: 1. Civil servant (PNS) which comes from the UPT/UNIT and Unit of work; 2. Education Diploma III (D3) engineering, Mathematical SCIENCES, Physical SCIENCES, or Chemical SCIENCES; 3. age of the highest 35 years; 4. prospective participants of the woman is not pregnant in the State during the following training; and 5. pass the test sieve entered training institution for skilled level kemetrologian laboratory. d. training institution lab kemetrologian expert level: 1. Civil servant (PNS) which comes from the UPT/UNIT and Unit of work; 2. the lowest Strata of education I (S1) majoring in mathematical SCIENCES, physical SCIENCES, or engineering-based/engineering (basic engineering); 3. age of the highest 35 years; 4. prospective participants of the woman is not pregnant in the State during the following training; and 5. pass the test sieve entered training institution lab kemetrologian expert level. Article 12 training functional kemetrologian potential participants as stipulated in article 11, must complete the following documents: a. photocopying ijasah training followed suit that has been legalised by the competent authority; b. photocopy Card (KTP) Population; c. photocopying last promotion decision; www.djpp.depkumham.go.id

CHAPTER VII PROCEDURE for DETERMINATION of the PARTICIPANTS of the TRAINING FUNCTIONAL KEMETROLOGIAN of article 13 (1) the Director of the Metrology annually perform nationally Kemetrologian HUMAN RESOURCES inventory and propose different types of functional training kemetrologian to the head of the Center for education and trade training. (2) the results of the inventory of HUMAN RESOURCES Kemetrologian national and kemetrologian types of functional training proposal referred to in subsection (1), presented to the head of the Center for education and trade training most every February 10 years running for functional training kemetrologian plan next year. Article 19 management and facilitation training laboratory of functional kemetrologian as stipulated in article 16 and the letter e, as follows: a. prepare the administrative procedure management and facilitation of the laboratory; b. maintain the consistency of the quality of laboratory and practical work equipment; c. enhancing the technical capabilities of the laboratory for teaching activities; and d. provide skilled instructors teaching through research activities UTTP. Article 20 (1) of teachers training on functional kemetrologian consists of widyaiswara, widyaiswara wonderful, practitioners in the field of kemetrologian, academician, and instructor of practical work, as well as other necessary teachers in accordance with competencies. CHAPTER X TRAINING EVALUATION FUNCTIONAL KEMETROLOGIAN of article 25 (1) evaluation of functional training participants kemetrologian in the teaching and learning process carried out by educators, covering aspects of deepening the material through: a. cognitive ability that is based on the results of his written exam; b. skills (skill) that are based on the results of his work on the practice field, in the workshop, in the laboratory/test installation, or activities in the classroom; and c. the attitude and behaviour that consists of discipline, leadership, teamwork, initiative, and attendance in classes of at least 90%. Article 28 evaluation of conducting functional training kemetrologian in the framework of teaching and learning undertaken by participants of the teaching and training, including aspects of assessment: a. the effectiveness of organization of training; b. readiness training facilities and infrastructure; c. compliance with program implementation planning; d. the cleanliness class, boarding, organizing catering/dining and bathroom; and e. the availability of entertainment facilities, recreation, sports, and health. Article 29 evaluation of functional training alumni kemetrologian conducted by Directorate of Metrology together with Metrology Training Hall, include: a. the ability to apply knowledge and carry out kemetrologian; b. standards of competence of the Office; and c. the potential for administrative and coaching career alumni in the field of kemetrologian. Article 30 Reports the results of the evaluation as referred to in article 25, article 26, article 27, Article 28 and delivered by the head of the Center for education and trade training to the head of the State Administration Institution with copy Director of Metrology and the head of the Bureau of Personnel and organizations. www.djpp.depkumham.go.id 2010, no. 727 19 CHAPTER XI GRADUATION COMPETENCY TRAINING PARTICIPANTS and FUNCTIONAL KEMETROLOGIAN of article 31 (1) a participant who has completed training, functional follow kemetrologian and declared eligible for license plate Over the education and training (STTPP). CHAPTER XIV CLOSING PROVISIONS Article 37 at the time of this ministerial regulation came into force, Trade Minister Regulation Number 279/M-DAG/PER/2/2008 on guidelines for the Organization of education and training Kemetrologian, revoked and declared inapplicable. Article 38 this Ministerial Regulation comes into force on the date specified.
