Section 20 (1) Regent, Mayor, or The governor cancelled the List of Business Marks

CHAPTER VI SUPERVISION

CHAPTER IX ADMINISTRATIVE SANCTION
Article 24

(1) Any businessman who does not comply with the provisions referred to in Article 8 of the paragraph (4), Section 17 of the paragraph (4) and/or Article 19 of the paragraph (3) is subject to the first written reprimand.
(2) If in the term of 7 (7) business days after given the first written reprimand, the businessman does not meet the provisions as referred to in Article 8 of the paragraph (4), Article 17 of the paragraph (4) and/or Article 19 of the paragraph (3), the businessman is subject to a second written reprimand.
(3) If in the term of 3 (three) Working day after being given a second written reprimand, the businessman did not meet the conditions as referred to in Section 8 of the paragraph (4), Section 17 of the paragraph (4) and/or Article 19 of the paragraph (3), the registration of the tourism venture is temporarily frozen.
Article 25 (1) Any businessman who does not meet the provisions as intended
in Article 17 verse (1) is subject to the first written reprimand. (2) If in the event of 30 (thirty) business days after being granted
the first written reprimand, the businessman does not meet the provisions as referred to in Article 17 of the paragraph (1), the businessman is charged with a second written reprimand.
(3) If In the term 21 (twenty-one) business days after being given a second written reprimand, the businessman does not comply with the provisions as referred to in Article 17 of the paragraph (1), the businessman is charged with a third written reprimand.
(4) If in the timeframe 14 (fourteen) working days after being given a third written reprimand, the businessman does not meets the provisions as referred to in Article 18 of the paragraph (1), the registration of the tourism venture frozen temporary.
CHAPTER X PROVISIONS OF THE TRANSITION
Section 26 (1) The Fixed-current Tourism Permits are owned and have been owned
