TARIFFS ON THE SERVICES OF THE GENERAL SERVICES OF THE TECH SERVICE CENTER/BPPT ENJINIRING
ON THE BODY OF STUDY AND THE APPLICATION OF TECHNOLOGY
WITH THE GRACE OF GOD YANG MAHA ESA
MINISTER OF FINANCE OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
DRAWS: A. that under the provisions of Article 9 of the Government Regulation No. 23 of 2005 on the Financial Management of the General Services Agency, the rate of service of the agency that applies the Financial Management of the Public Service Board is set by the Minister of Finance for the proposal menteri/agency leaders;
b. that the Technical Services Center/BPPT Enjiniring on the Board of Technology and Technology Implementation has been designated as the Government Instancy that applies the General Services Financial Management Pattern based on the Number of Finance Minister's Decision 158 /KMK.05/2007;
c. that Head of the Board of Research and Information Technology (BPPT) by Letter Number: 170 /KA/BPPT/VII/2007 dated July 17, 2007 on the Application Designation

The Tarif and Remuneration proposal in the BLU environment Pusyantek/BPPT Enjiniring-BPPT, has submitted a proposal for the services of the General Services Center of the Technical Services Center/BPPT Enjiniring on the Board of Studies and Information Technology;
d. that proposed tariffs on the services of the General Services Agency Centre of Technologi/BPPT Enjiniring on the Board of Technology and Technology Information, have been discussed and studied by the Assessor Team;
e. that under consideration as intended in the letter a, the letter b, the letter c, and the letter d, need to specify the Finance Minister's Regulation on the General Services Board of the General Services of the Technology Services/BPPT entamiring on the Board of Studies and Application of Technology;
Given: 1. Law Number 17 Year 2003 on State Finance (Indonesian Republic of Indonesia Year 2003 Number 47, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number 4286);
2. Law No. 1 of 2004 on the State Treasury (Indonesian Republic Gazette 2004 No. 5, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number 4355);
3. Government Regulation No. 23 Year 2005 On Financial Management Of The Public Service Agency (sheet Of State Of The Republic Of Indonesia In 2005 Number 48, Additional Gazette Of The Republic Of Indonesia Number 4502);
4. President's decision No. 84 /P of the Year 2009;
DECIDED:
STIPULATING: THE REGULATION OF THE MINISTER OF FINANCE ON THE GENERAL SERVICE RATES OF THE GENERAL SERVICES OF THE MINISTRY OF TECHNOLOGY/bppt ENJINIRING ON THE BODY OF THE STUDY AND APPLICATION OF TECHNOLOGY.

Article 1 of the Tarif service Board of the General Services Center of Teknologi/BPPT Enjiniring on the Board of Research and Application of Technology is the reward for service services provided by the General Services Center Technology/BPPT Enjiniring on the Board of Technology and Technology Information.
Article 2 of the service services provided by the General Services Center of the Teknologi/BPPT Enjiniring Services as referred to in Article 1 of the recommendation service, advocacy, technology, testing, consulting, operational, survey, pilot project , pilot plan, and/or prototype.
Article 3 of the service services as referred to in Article 2 consists of: 1. Product product research; 2. expert power use; 3. Service in the field of study and application of technology based on
the needs of the service users; and 4. Intellectual Property Rights License (HKI).
Section 4 (1) Service of the Central Service Board of Technology/BPPT Services
Enjiniring as referred to in Article 3 of the figure 1 is as defined in Appendix I which is inseparable from this Regulation of the Minister of Finance.
(2) Tarif as referred to in paragraph (1) does not include transportation and accommodation costs.
(3) The cost of transportation and accommodation as referred to in paragraph (2) is charged to the service user.
Article 5 (1) of the service Tarif The General Services Agency of the Technology Services Center/BPPT
Enjiniring as contemplated in Article 3 of the number 2 is as defined in Annex II which is inseparable from this Financial Minister Regulation.
(2) The Tarif as referred to in paragraph (1) does not include the cost of transportation and accommodation.

(3) The cost of transportation and accommodation as referred to in paragraph (2) is charged to the service user.
(4) Towards the service of the use of the expert power as it is referred to in paragraph (1), to the specified party can be charged as follows: a. Multinational companies of 200% (two hundred percent); b. UMKM/Koperation by 85% (eighty-five percent); c. Educational institutions of 80% (eighty percent); and d. The Swadaya Society was 75% (seventy-five percent), from the tariffs as referred to in Annex II inseparable
of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance. (5) The terms and criteria of the tariff imposition to a particular party as
referred to in paragraph (4), are further set up with the Principal Regulation of the Teknologi/BPPT Enjiniring.
Article 6 (1) Tarif and service services as referred to in Section 3 of the number 3
specified under a contract between the Head of the Technical Services Center/BPPT Enjiniring with the service user.
(2) In the pricing of the fare as referred to in paragraph (1), the General Services Center of the Service Center The technolog/BPPT Enjiniring takes into account among other components of the cost of expert power services, materials, mobilization, transportation and/or accommodation with regard to the terms of the rate imposition as referred to in Section 9 of the paragraph (5) of the Government Regulation No. 23 of 2005 on the Financial Management of the General Services Agency.
(3) The tariffs of the the use of the expert power as referred to in paragraph (2) follows the terms of the rate as referred to in Section 5.
Article 7 (1) Reception derived from the HKI license as referred to in
Article 3 of the 4 figure is specified based on the license agreement between the Head of the Technical Services Center/BPPT Enjiniring with service users.
(2) In the pricing of the tariffs as referred to in paragraph (1), the General Services Center of the Technologi/BPPT Enjiniring Centre takes into account among other components of the cost of expert power services, materials, mobilisers, royalty, transport, accommodation, and legalization of documents with

considering the terms of the rate imposition as referred to in Article 9 of the paragraph (5) of the Government Regulation No. 23 of 2005 on the Financial Management of the General Services Agency.
