Article 11

Article 2 (1) Any Jamak Year Contract over the work funded from the Budget
State Revenue and Shopping (APBN) must get the approval of the Finance Minister.
(2) The Finance Minister ' s approval as referred to in paragraph (1) is one of the documents required to be met before the contract signed by the parties bound in the contract.
Article 3 (1) of the Finance Minister ' s Approval can only be provided against a Contract
Year of the Jamak that meets the criteria as follows: a. the source of the job fund comes from pure rupiah; b. the substance of its work is a single entity to produce
one output; c. technically, its work cannot be broken-down; and/or d. the time of execution of its activities, it technically takes time
a settlement of more than 12 (twelve) months. (2) The work that is technically able to be completed within 1 (one) year
budget but the overdue work begins so that its completion must be continued in the next budget year, cannot be proposed for approval. The plural contract of the Minister of Finance.

Section 4 (1) The contract as referred to in Section 3 of the paragraph (1) may be
contract for physical or non-physical employment (services). (2) Physical work as referred to in paragraph (1) among others
bridge building, dam, airstrip, dock and building.
(3) Non-physical work (services) as referred to in verse (1) among other services consulting in order to meet the internationally recognized security/safety quality/safety requirements/eligibility requirements and supervising consultant services related to the execution of a partially funded physical work or the whole with Loan and/or Overseas Grant.

b. An absolute liability letter from the Budget User/User Power User that represents the availability of funds for the execution of a Jamak Year Contract that is not an additional pagu (on top); and
c. Letter of the Statement of the Budget User stating that: 1. The remaining funds that are not absorbed in the year are not going
revised for use in the same budget year; and 2. Land/land acquisition required to support
infrastructure development is already being completed. (3) In the completeness of the Jamak Year Contract agreement
as referred to in paragraph (2): a. is not allowed to be a document showing the candidate name
participant and/or potential auction-winning candidate; and b. Provided the IBM Cloud Service is available for a maximum of five (3) hours of IBM's data center and the following:

Article 6
(1) The process of completion of the Jamak Year Contract approval process by the Minister of Finance is conducted by the Directorate General.
(2) The settlement process as referred to in paragraph (1) is performed the slowest 7 (seven) workdays since the document is fully accepted.
Article 7
(1) In terms of the circumstances force majeur, the Finance Minister may provide an extension of the Jamak Year Contract agreement.
(2) An extension as referred to in verse (1) is granted after an audit by the BPKP.
(3) The proposal for extension of the Jamak Year Contract agreement was submitted by the leadership of the Ministry of State/Institute c.q of the General Secretariat to the Minister of Finance.
