on Government Customs Over Import of Goods and Materials For Production of Goods and/or Services of General Interest and Increased Power Sector Industry Is Certainly For The Year Budget 2010;

DECIDED: Establishing: REGULATION OF FINANCE MINISTERS ON DUTIES

IS BORNE OUT OF THE GOVERNMENT ' S IMPORT OF GOODS AND MATERIALS FOR THE CREATION OF AN INFUSION PACKAGING FOR THE 2010 BUDGET YEAR.

Article 1 In this Financial Minister Regulation referred to: 1. The Company is a company that is included in the industry with

Director General of Customs and Excise with the approved Export-Goods Plan (RIB) which has been approved and confirmed by the Head of the Food and Drug Administration (BPOM).

(2) The Export Plan of Goods (RIB) as referred to in paragraph (1), the least contains the data elements as follows: a. the number and date of the Import Goods Plan (RIB); b. company name; c. Tax (NPWP); d. address; e. The customs office where the goods are in; f. description, type and technical specifications of the goods; g. The fare post (HS); h. Article 4 (1) Of the request as referred to in Section 3, Director General

The Customs and Excise provides approval or rejection within the longest term of 14 (fourteen) days of the request be fully accepted.

(2) In terms of the request as referred to in paragraph (1) approved, the Director General of Customs and Excise on behalf of the Minister of Finance published the Decree of the Minister of Finance regarding the government's import duties on imports items and materials by the infusion packaging industry for certain companies.

(3) In the event of a request as referred to in paragraph (1) not approved, the Director General of the Customs and Excise on behalf of the Minister of Finance published a letter of rejection.
