ABOUT THE GOVERNMENT ' S IMPORT DUTIES

ON IMPORTS OF GOODS AND MATERIALS TO MANUFACTURE FIBER OPTIC CABLES FOR THE 2010 BUDGET YEAR

WITH THE GRACE OF GOD ALMIGHTY THE FINANCIAL MINISTER OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

THE DRAW: A. That in order to increase the competemaking power of the fiber-optic cable in the country, it is necessary to provide a fiscal incentive with the government's import duties on imports of goods and materials for the manufacture of fiber optic cables;

b. that against the import of goods and materials by the optical fiber manufacturing industry has met the criteria and conditions to be able to be granted the government's duties in accordance with the provisions of Article 2 of the Financial Ministers Regulation No. 07 /PMK.011/ 2010 of Import Duties On Imports Of Goods And Materials For The Production Of Goods And/Or Services Of General Importance and Improvement Of The Global Industry's Saing Power Of Interest In The 2010 Budget Year;

DECIDED: Establishing: REGULATION OF FINANCE MINISTERS ON CUSTOMS

ENTER THE GOVERNMENT ' S EXPENSE ON IMPORTS OF GOODS AND MATERIALS FOR THE CREATION OF FIBER OPTIC CABLES FOR THE 2010 BUDGET YEAR.

Article 1 In this Financial Minister Regulation referred to: 1. The Company is a company that is included in the industry with

the main activities making fiber optic cables. 2. The goods and materials for the optical fiber cable manufacturing industry that

subsequently called goods and materials are goods and materials without seeing the type and composition including spare parts and components to be processed, assembled, or installed, by company.

Article 2 (1) On the import of goods and materials as specified in the Attachment

This Finance Minister ' s Regulation which is an inseparable part of this Regulation of Finance Minister, is given a duty of entry government.

Article 3 (1) To obtain the government ' s import duties as

referred to in Article 2, the company applied to the Director General of Customs and Excise with the disservice of the Export Goods Plan (RIB) approved and approved by the Director General of the Transport Tools Industry and Telematics.

Article 4 (1) Of the request as referred to in Section 3, Director General

The Customs and Excise provides approval or rejection within the longest term of 14 (fourteen) days of the request be fully accepted.

(2) In terms of the request as referred to in paragraph (1) approved, the Director General of Customs and Excise on behalf of the Minister of Finance published the Decree of the Minister of Finance regarding the government's import duties on imports items and materials for the optical fiber cable creation industry for certain companies.

(3) In terms of the request as referred to in paragraph (1) is not approved, the Director General of Customs and Excise on behalf of the Minister of Finance published a rejection letter.
