YEAR 2010 BUDGET

WITH THE GRACE OF GOD ALMIGHTY

THE FINANCE MINISTER OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA, A DRAW: A. that under Finance Minister Regulation Number

66 /PMK.07/ 2010 on Temporary Allocation Of Funds For The 2010 Budget Year Tobacco Excise As amended with the Regulation of Finance Minister Number 115 /PMK.07/2010, the designation The temporary allocation of funds for tobacco excise proceeds of the 2010 Budget Year is based on the allocation of funds for the results of the tobacco results as specified in the Regulation of the Governor of the Province of the Tobacco and/or Province's tax yield. tobacco production;

DECIDED:

SET: THE REGULATION OF THE FINANCE MINISTER ON CHANGE

SECOND OVER MINISTER REGULATION FINANCE NUMBER 66 /PMK.07/ 2010 ABOUT THE TEMPORARY ALLOCATION OF FUNDS FOR THE 2010 BUDGET YEAR TOBACCO EXCISE RESULTS.

Article I

The provisions of Article 3 in the Financial Minister Regulation Number 66 /PMK.07/ 2010 on Allocation While Funding For The 2010 Budget Year Tobacco Excise As amended with the Regulation of the Minister of Finance Number 115 /PMK.07/2010, amended so that it reads as follows:

Article 3

(1) The governor who has delivered the allocation of the DBH CHT allocation as referred to in Article 2 of the paragraph (3) and verse (4) includes Governor of Nanggroe Aceh Province. Darussalam, North Sumatra Province, West Sumatra Province, Jambi Province, Sumatra Province South, Lampung Province, West Java Province, Banten Province, Jakarta Capital Special Region Province, Central Java Province, Yogyakarta Special Region Province, East Java Province, Bali Province, West Nusa Tenggara Province, Nusa Tenggara Province Eastern, Central Kalimantan Province, South Kalimantan Province, and South Sulawesi Province.

(2) The details of DBH CHT allocation for the provinces that have delivered the allocation of DBH CHT allocation as referred to in paragraph (1) are specified in the The inseparable attachment of the Regulation of this Financial Minister.

(3) The governor who has not yet delivered the allocation of DBH CHT allocations as referred to in Article 2 of the paragraph (3) and verse (4) includes the Governor of East Kalimantan Province.

(4) In regard of the governor as referred to in verse (3) have delivered The allocation of the allocation of DBH CHT provinces, and districts/cities, as long as it does not exceed the 2010 Budget Year, will be made to change the Regulation of the Minister of Finance by adding the allocation details to the provinces and counties/cities concerned.
