CHANGES TO THE REGULATION OF FINANCE MINISTER NUMBER 215 /PMK.03/ 2008 ABOUT THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE ORGANIZATION-

THE INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATION AND THE INTERNATIONAL REPRESENTATIVE OFFICIALS WHO ARE NOT

INCLUDE THE SUBJECT OF INCOME TAX

WITH THE GRACE OF GOD ALMIGHTY THE FINANCIAL MINISTER OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

THE DRAW: A. that under the provisions of Article 3 of the Law No. 7 of 1983 on Income Tax as it has been last modified by Act Number 36 of 2008 juncto Regulation Minister of Finance Number 215 /PMK.03/ 2008 about International Organizations and Officials Representatives Of International Organizations That Do Not Include The Subject Of Income Tax, The Finance Minister establishes international organizations and representative officials of international organizations that meet terms as excluding the Income Tax Subjects;

b. that by letter Number B-13520/Setneg/Setmen/07/2009 dated 14 July 2009 and letter No. B-9796/Setneg/Setmen/ KTLN/05/2009 dated 27 May 2009, the Secretariat of State has delivered recommendations in order to establish Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO) as an International Organization that does not include the subject of the Income Tax and the name change Plan International Inc.;

c. that based on the results of the study of the Directorate General of Tax, the Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO) and Plan International Inc. have met the requirements to be designated as International organizations that are not included as Income Tax Subjects based on the terms as defined in the letter a;

d. that based on consideration as indicated on the letter a, the letter b, and the letter c above, need to establish the Minister of Finance Regulation on the Changes to the Regulation of Finance Minister Number 215 /PMK.03/ 2008 on the Organizations International And Officials-officials Of International Organizations That Do Not Include The Subject Of Income Tax;

Given: 1. Law No. 7 of 1983 on Income Taxes (state Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia in 1993 number 50, additional state sheet number 3263) as it has been several times amended last by Act No. 36 of 2008 (Sheet Nation of Republic of Indonesia Year 2000 Number 133, Additional Gazette Republic of Indonesia Number 4893);

2. Presidential Decree No. 84 /P of the Year 2009;

3. Regulation of Finance Minister Number 215 /PMK.03/ 2008 on International Organizations and Officials-International Organizational Representatives Who Do Not Include Income Tax Subjects;

DECIDED:

Establishing: REGULATION OF FINANCE MINISTERS ON CHANGES TO THE REGULATION OF FINANCE MINISTER NUMBER 215 /PMK.03/2008 ABOUT INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS AND OFFICIALS OF ORGANIZATION REPRESENTATIVES INTERNATIONAL THAT DOES NOT INCLUDE THE SUBJECT OF INCOME TAX.

Section I Changed the number of the Roman numerals IV item 5 and adds 1 (one) item to item 63 in the Financial Minister Regulation Number 215 /PMK.03/2008 on the designation of International Organizations and Organizational Representation-officials The International Does Not Include the Subject of Income Tax, so the IV of the Roman numeral order reads as follows: IV.
