TATA CARA PAYMENT BENEFITS TEACHERS AND LECTURERS, SPECIAL BENEFITS

TEACHERS AND LECTURERS, AS WELL AS HONORARY BENEFITS OF PROFESSORS

WITH THE GRACE OF GOD ALMIGHTY

THE FINANCE MINISTER OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

TIED: that to implement the provisions of Article 21 of the Government Regulation No. 41 Year 2009 on the Allowance Profession of Teachers and Lecturer, Special Benefits of Teacher and Lecturer, as well as the Honorary Improvement Professor, need to establish the Minister of Finance Regulation on Tata How to Pay for Teacher and Dosen 's Profession Allowance, Special Benefits of Teacher and Lecturer, as well as the Professor' s Honorary Benefits;

Given: 1. Government Regulation No. 41 of 2009 on Allowance Profession Teachers and Lecturer, Special Benefits of Teacher and Lecturer, as well as Honorary Allowance Professor (Gazette Of State Of The Republic Of Indonesia 2009 Number 85, Additional Sheet Of State Of The Republic Of Indonesia Number 5016);

3. Regulation of Finance Minister Number 134 /PMK.06/ 2005 on the Payment Guidelines in the implementation of the State Budget and Shopping Budget;

DECIDED: Establishing: REGULATION OF FINANCE MINISTERS ON

TATA WAY PAYMENT OF THE PROFESSION ALLOWANCE TEACHERS AND LECTURERS, SPECIAL BENEFITS TEACHERS AND LECTURERS, AS WELL AS HONORARY PROFESSOR HONORS.

CHAPTER I OF THE GENERAL PROVISION

Article 1 In this Financial Minister Regulation referred to: 1. Teachers are professional educators with the primary task of educating, teaching,

guiding, directing, training, assessing, and evaluating Students are educated at the education of the early age of formal education, primary education, and secondary education.

2. Lecturers are professional educators and scientists with the primary task of transforming, developing, and disseminating science, technology, and art through education, research, and devotion to the community.

3. The professor is the highest functional post of Lecturer who still teaches in the higher education unit environment.

4. Profession benefits are allowances given to Teachers and Dosen who have an educator certificate as an award for his professional.

5. Special benefits are allowances given to Teachers and Lecturer assigned by the central government or local government as compensation for the difficulties of life faced in carrying out tasks in special areas.

6. Special Areas are remote or backward areas, areas with remote indigenous peoples conditions, border areas with other countries, areas that are experiencing natural disasters, social disasters, or areas that are in an emergency other.

7. The Honor allowance is the allowance given to the lecturer who has the academic post of Professor.

8. The Budgeting Implementation list, subsequently called DIPA, is a budget execution document compiled by the Minister/Chairman of the Institute as the Budget User passed by the Minister of Finance as the State General Treasurer.

9. The State Department of the Treasury, which is next abbreviated as KPPN, is a vertical instance of the Directorate General of the Treasury which acquires the authority as the Power of the State General Treasurer.

10. Employee Shopping Payment Request Letter, which is subsequently called the Employee Shopping SPP, is a document published by the Commitment Maker that contains the request for the payment of the employee's shopping payment to the Acting Chief of the Order. CHAPTER II OF THE SCOPE

ALLOCATION OF FUNDS Section 3

(1) Professional Civil Servant and Allowance Special Allowance and non-civil servants are allocated in the central government budget and/or local government budget according to the the provisions of the laws.

(2) Profession Allowance and Special Lecturer Allowance, as well as Honorary Allowance Professor of both civil servants as well as non-civil servants are allocated to the DIPA Ministry/Institute which oversees it.

Article 4 of the Allowance Payments Profession, Special improvements, and Honorary improvements should not exceed the budget pagu available in DIPA.

CHAPTER IV QUANTITY ALLOWANCE

section 5 (1) of the Profession Allowance for Civil Servants Occupying Office

The functional Master and Lecturer are given each month of 1 (one) times the principal salary of the Civil Servants of the State Civil is concerned in accordance with the provisions of the laws.

(2) Profession Allowance is not a civil servant given in accordance with the equality of the degree, period of work, and academic qualification that applies to the Teacher and Lecturer of civil servants.
