CHANGES TO THE REGULATION OF FINANCE MINISTER NUMBER 207 /PMK.07/2009 ABOUT THE ESTIMATED ALLOCATION OF FUNDS

FOR THE EARTH TAX RESULTS AND THE BUILDING OF THE SECTION THE 2010 BUDGET YEAR

WITH THE GRACE OF THE GOD ALMIGHTY REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

DRAWS: A. that under the Ministry of Finance Regulation No. 207 /PMK.07/ 2009 has been set estimates for the allocation of funds for the Earth Tax results and the 2010 Budget Year section Buildings based on the Earth Tax acceptance plan data and the Buildings;

b. that due to the provisions of the receipt of the Earth's taxes and the building for the petroleum and gas sector, as well as the geothermal sector, the plans for the Earth's taxes and the building for the petroleum and gas sectors of the Earth and the geothermal sector, need to be. It was possible to make adjustments to the estimated allocation of the funds for the Earth Tax and the Regional Buildings of the Year 2010 Budget;

c. that under consideration as referred to in letter a and letter b, need to establish the Finance Minister's Regulation on the Changes to the Regulation of Finance Minister Number 207 /PMK.07/ 2009 of Estimated The Allocation Of Funds For The Earth Tax Results And The Regional Buildings Of The Budget Year 2010;

Law No. 47 of 2009 on the Budget and Shopping of the State of the Republic of Indonesia Year of the 2010 Budget (State of the Republic of Indonesia 2009 No. 156, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number 5075) as has been Amended by Act No. 2 of 2010 (Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia 2010 No. 69, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number 5132);

3. Government Regulation No. 55 of 2005 on the Balancing Fund (State Of The Republic Of Indonesia In 2005 Number 137, Additional Gazette Of The Republic Of Indonesia Number 4575);

about the Estimation of the Alocation of the Fund for the Earth Tax Results and the Regional Buildings of the Budget Year 2010;

THE EARTH AND AREA BUILDINGS OF THE 2010 BUDGET YEAR.

Section I of the Terms of Section 3 in the Regulation of the Finance Minister Number 207 /PMK.07/ 2009 on the Estimation of the Alocation of the Fund for the Terms of the Earth Tax and the Regional Buildings of the Budget Year 2010, amended so that it reads as follows:

Article 3 (1) The allocation of funds for the Earth Tax and the Buildings of each area

for the 2010 Budget Year is an estimate. (2) Estimation of the allocation of funds for the Earth Tax and their respective buildings-

each area for the Budget Year 2010 as referred to in paragraph (1) for rural, urban, plantation, forestry, and non-petroleum and gas mining sectors The Earth is based on plans for the Earth Tax and Buildings Act as specified in the Law No. 47 of the Year 2009 on the State Budget and Shopping Budget Year 2010 as amended by the Act No. 2 of the Year. 2010.

(3) Estimation of the allocation of funds for the Earth Tax and each area for the 2010 Budget Year as referred to in paragraph (1) for the petroleum and gas sector is based on temporary provisions of the Earth Tax and Building oil and petroleum.

(4) Estimation of the allocation of the Fund for Earth Tax Results and Buildings for the non-petroleum and petroleum mining sector as referred to in paragraph (2) including the allocation of the Fund for the Cloud Taxes and Buildings The geothermal is based on the completion of the Earth Tax and the geothermal buildings.

(5) Estimates of the allocation of the Fund for the Earth Tax and the entire section of the area as referred to in paragraph (2) of Rp23,751,915.937,907.00 (twenty-three trillion seven hundred and fifty-one billion nine hundred and fifteen million) Nine hundred and thirty-seven thousand nine hundred and seven thousand.

(6) The estimated allocation of funds for the Earth Tax Results and the respective Buildings for the 2010 Budget Year is as set forth in the Inseparable Attachment of this Regulation of the Minister of Finance.

(7) The Alocation of the Earth Tax and Building as referred to in Section 2 of the letter c which is part of the estimated allocation of the Fund for the Cloud Taxes and Buildings as referred to in paragraph (1) set in its own Financial Ministerial Regulation.

Article II of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance comes into effect on the date of promulgance. In order for everyone to know, order the authoring of the Minister of Finance Regulation with its placement in the News of the Republic of Indonesia.
