Registration Verification LPSE RPMK-Sept Final REGULATION of the MINISTER of FINANCE NUMBER 197/FMD. 01/2010 ABOUT the MECHANICS of REGISTRATION and VERIFICATION of goods/services PROVIDERS on the SERVICE ELECTRONICALLY PROCUREMENT MINISTRY of FINANCE with the GRACE of GOD ALMIGHTY the MINISTER of FINANCE, Considering: a. that in order to improve the effectiveness, efficiency, and accountability of government procurement of goods/services electronically at the Environment Ministry of finance, required the presence of testing against the validity of the goods/services providers; b. that in order for the implementation of the testing referred to in letter a can run smoothly, effective, efficient, and transparent, the need for a mechanism for the verification and registration of goods/services providers who register on the service Electronically Procurement Ministry of finance; c. that based on considerations as referred to in letter a and letter b, need to set rules of Finance Ministers about the mechanics of Registration and verification of goods/services Providers on service Procurement Electronically Ministry of finance; Remember: 1. Regulation of the Minister of finance Number 42/FMD. 01/2008 about the goods/services Procurement Electronically in an environment Ministry of finance as amended by regulation of the Minister of finance Number 82/FMD. 01/2008; 4. Regulation of the Minister of finance Number 100/FMD. 01/2008 about the Organization and the work of the Ministry of finance as amended by regulation of the Minister of finance Number 143.1/FMD. 01/2009; www.djpp.depkumham.go.id-2-decide: define: REGULATION of the MINISTER of FINANCE ABOUT the MECHANICS of REGISTRATION and VERIFICATION of goods/services PROVIDERS on the SERVICE ELECTRONICALLY PROCUREMENT MINISTRY of FINANCE. CHAPTER I GENERAL PROVISIONS Section I of article 1 In the sense of the regulation of the Minister of finance, that is: 1. Procurement Services Electronically Ministry of finance, hereinafter called LPSE Ministry of finance, is the unit in the Ministry of finance environment hosted service system procurement of goods/services electronically. 2. The provider of the goods/services is a business entity or individual person that its business activities to provide goods/construction/consulting services/other services. 3. Verification is the process of examination and testing of the validity of the document requirements for providers of goods/services. 4. field Verification is verification directly to the providers of goods/services Government, conducted by officers of the verification to ensure the correctness of data-the data provided goods/services providers the Government. 5. User-ID is a unique identifier or name as the identity that is used to operating in an electronic system. 6. Article 3 of the regulation of Finance Minister aims to ensure that the goods/services Providers know the requirements that must be met and the procedures that must be taken in following the process of procurement of goods/services electronically at the Environment Ministry of finance. The third part of the scope of article 4 of the regulation of the Minister of Finance administers the process of registration and verification of goods/services Providers the Government on LPSE Ministry of finance. CHAPTER II PROCEDURE of the IMPLEMENTATION of the goods/services PROVIDER REGISTRATION article 5 registration process goods/services Providers consist of: a. the registration process online; and b. the registration process offline. Letter of authority made by the Board of Directors of the company to the employees of the company to register offline; e. Copy Card (KTP) Resident Board of Directors of the company; f. Copy Card (KTP) Admin Population; g. Copy Number Principal Taxpayers (NPWP); h. Letter of company business license (SIUP)/Surat Permit construction services/business license in accordance with their respective fields; i. Copy the sign companies list (TDP); a. Copy the company Deed and deed of last change; k. Copy Certificate of residency; b. Copy the certificate of fiscal years or annual tax Letter (SPT) income tax (PPh) last year; and m. Letter of tax Deposit (CNS) PPh Pasal 23 Article 22//article 25/article 29 for three (3) months. (2) in case of goods/services Providers don't do offline registration up to by the time limits referred to in subsection (1), then the data provider of goods/services in question will be deleted from the data base LPSE Ministry of finance. Article 10 Goods/Services Providers who take the data has been deleted from the data base LPSE Ministry of finance can be re-registration online. CHAPTER III PROCEDURE for the IMPLEMENTATION of the VERIFICATION DOCUMENT SUPPLIERS/Service Providers document Verification article 11 goods/services done by: a. test the validity of the document; b. adjust the existing data with the facts on the ground; and c. examining the validity of the document. Article 12 (1) the verification Officer verifying the documents referred to in article 6. (2) based on the results of the Verification as referred to in paragraph (1), the clerk verification: a. approve the registration, in the case of documents delivered by the provider of the goods/services is correct and valid; or b. did not approve, in which case the document delivered by the provider of the goods/services is false and the data and time limits stated in the document doesn't match with the actual facts. (3) the approval referred to in paragraph (2) letter a is done by giving the User-id and Password to the providers of goods/services. (4) a User-id and Password as referred to in paragraph (3) could be www.djpp.depkumham.go.id-6-cancelled in later documents of goods/Services Provider requirements as referred to in article 6 paragraph (3), proved to be invalid. Article 13 (1) the verification Officer can verify Field if needed. (2) if in the Field Verification as referred to in paragraph (1) it was found that goods/services providers are proven to perform acts of abuse, violations of the law in the form of counterfeiting documents and/or other actions that violate the law, then the corresponding goods/services Providers be penalized in accordance with the provisions of the legislation.
