RPMK Exception PBHTB international institutions _ rokum _ FINANCE MINISTER REGULATION NUMBER 146/FMD. 07/2010 ABOUT the AGENCY or a REPRESENTATIVE of the INTERNATIONAL INSTITUTIONS that are NOT SUBJECT to BEA ACQUISITION of RIGHTS OVER LAND and BUILDINGS with the GRACE of GOD ALMIGHTY the MINISTER of FINANCE, Considering: that in order to implement the provisions of article 85 paragraph (4) subparagraph c of Act No. 28 of 2009 about local tax and Regional Levies, it needs to set a regulation of the Minister of finance regarding agency or a representative of the international institutions that are not subject to Bea acquisition of Rights over the land and buildings; Remember: 1. Act No. 28 of 2009 about local tax and Regional Levies (State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number 130 in 2009, an additional Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia Number 5049); 2. Presidential Decree Number 56/P in 2010; Decide: Define: REGULATION Of The MINISTER Of FINANCE REGARDING AGENCY Or A REPRESENTATIVE Of The INTERNATIONAL INSTITUTIONS That Are NOT SUBJECT To BEA ACQUISITION Of RIGHTS OVER The LAND And Buildings. Article 1 Object of the tax Against Bea acquisition of Rights over the land and buildings acquired by the agency or Representative international institutions not subject to Bea acquisition of Rights over the land and buildings.
