WITH THE GRACE OF GOD ALMIGHTY THE FINANCIAL MINISTER OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

THE DRAW: THE that in order to correct the allocation of the General Alocation Fund 2010 and the Special Alocation Fund 2010 for Indramayu Regency as allocated in the Law Number 47 Year 2009 on the Revenue Budget and the State Budget Year 2010 as amended by Invite-Invite Number 2 Year 2010, need to establish the Minister of Finance Regulation on General Guidelines and Allocation Correction of General allocation of Budget Year 2010 and the Special Alocation Fund of the Year Budget 2010 for Indramayu County;

DECIDED: Establish: REGULATION OF FINANCE MINISTERS ON

GENERAL GUIDELINES AND ALLOCATION OF GENERAL ALLOCATION FUNDS THE 2010 BUDGET YEAR AND THE 2010 BUDGET YEAR SPECIAL ALLOCATION FUND FOR INDRAMAYU REGENCY.

Article 1 (1) The General Allocation Fund Correction and Special Alocation Fund for the County

Indramayu was part of the General Alocation Fund of the 2010 Budget and the Special Alocation Fund of the Year of Budget 2010.

(2) The Indramayu County Public Allocation correction allocation is set at Rp121.250.000.00 (one hundred and twenty-one billion two hundred fifty million rupiah).

(3) The Indramayu County Special Allocation Fund Correction Allocation is set to be Rp5,002,700.000.00 (five billion two million seven hundred thousand rupiah) with details as specified in Annex I which is inseparable with Regulation This Finance Minister.

(4) The Allocation Correction of General allocation funds and the Special Alocation Fund for Indramayu County was allocated to increase the funding of regional needs in order to perform decentralization.

(5) The use of the upper funds The allocation of Special Allocation Funds for Indramayu County 2010 Budget as referred to in paragraph (3) exercised in accordance with the general guidelines and technical directions for the use of the Special Alocation Fund of the Year of Budget 2010.

section 2 (1) General Allocation Fund Correction and Special Alocation Fund for the County

Indramayu as referred to in Section 1 is sourced from the allocation of the General Alocations Fund and the Special Alocation Fund specified in the Revenue Budget and State Shopping Changes in the Budget Year 2010.

(2) The General Allocation Fund Correction and Special Alocation Fund as referred to in paragraph (1) are budgeted in the Balance Fund from Transfer to Regions.

(3) Correction Fund Correction and Special Alocation Fund for Indramayu County As referred to in Article 1 as part of the area revenue was budgeed in the Revenue and Shopping Budget of the 2010 Budget Year 2010 or the Budget and Regional Shopping of the 2010 Budget Year.

Section 5 (1) The Dramayu County General Allocation Fund Correction

as referred to in Section 1 is performed each month of 1/12th of the specified pagu.

(2) The Correction Surrender of the Fund The General Allocations of Indramayu Regency, as referred to in the January 1, January to May 2010 section of the year, will be held in June 2010.

Article 6 (1) Of The Indramayu County Special Allocation Fund Correction

as referred to in Article 4 is done in stages, with details as follows: a. Stage I of 75% (seventy-five percent); and b. Phase II of 25% (twenty-five percent);

(2) Alignment incrementally as referred to in paragraph (1) cannot be performed at once.

(3) The Alignment Of Stage I Correction of the Special Alocation Fund as referred to in the paragraph (1) the letter a, may be implemented after the DAK Phase I absorption report has reached 90% (ninety per cent) of the funds that have been transferred to the General Cash Account of the area based on the allocation as referred to in the Ministerial Regulation Finance Number 175 /PMK.07/ 2009 about Alocation and the General Guidelines of the Year Special Alocation Fund Budget 2010.

(4) Stages of Stage II correction of the Special Alocation Fund as referred to in paragraph (1) letter b, may be implemented after the use of DAK Phase II absorption has reached 90% (Ninety percent) of the funds that have been transferred to the General Cash Account of the area based on the allocation as referred to in the Financial Minister Regulation Number 175 /PMK.07/ 2009 on Alocation and the General Guidelines of the Special Alocation Fund of the Year of Budget 2010.

(5) The absorption report of the use of the Indramayu Regency Special allocation of the 2010 phase I and II as referred to in verse (1), was received the slowest on 15 December 2010.

(6) The report referred to in paragraph (5) is compiled using the format as specified in Appendix II which is inseparable from this Financial Minister Regulation.
