CHANGES TO THE REGULATION OF FINANCE MINISTER NUMBER 66 /PMK.07/ 2010 ABOUT THE TEMPORARY ALLOCATION

FUNDS FOR THE RESULTS OF THE TOBACCO RESULTS BUDGET YEAR 2010

WITH THE GRACE OF GOD ALMIGHTY REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA FINANCIAL MINISTER,

Draw: a. that under Finance Minister Regulation Number 66 /PMK.07/ 2010 on Allocation While Funding For 2010 Budget Year Tobacco Excise, the assignment of the temporary allocation of funds for the 2010 Budget Year tobacco excise was based on The data allocation of funds for tobacco excise results as specified in the Regulation of the Governor of the Province of tobacco excise and/or tobacco producing province;

b. that through the Regulation of the Governor of the Province of North Sumatra, Lampung Province, Banten province, and the Province of West Java has been designated the allocation of the Fund for the excise of tobacco results for the province and county/city of the area concerned;

c. that based on consideration as in letter a and letter b, need to establish the Finance Minister's Regulation on Changes to the Regulation of Finance Minister Number 66 /PMK.07/ 2010 on Alocation While Funding For The 2010 Budget Year Tobacco Excise Results;

Given: 1. Law No. 11 of 1995 on Excise (Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia in 1995 Number 76, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia 3613) as amended by Law No. 39 of 2007 (Republic of State Gazette) Indonesia Year 2007 Number 105, Additional Gazette Republic of Indonesia 4755);

2. Law No. 47 of 2009 on Budget and Shopping of State of the Year 2010 (Indonesian Republic of Indonesia Year 2009 number 156, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number 5075) as amended by Law Number 2 Of 2010 (Sheet State Of The Republic Of Indonesia 2010 Number 69, Addition Of State Sheet Republic Of Indonesia Number 5132);

3. Presidential Decree No. 56/P of 2010; 4. Finance Minister Regulation No. 84 /PMK.07/ 2008

on the Use of Funds For the Excise of Tobacco Results and Sanctions Misuse Of The Allocation Of Funds For The Results Of Tobacco Results as amended by the Regulation of the Minister of Finance Number 20 /PMK.07/2009;

5. Regulation of the Finance Minister Number 21 /PMK.07/ 2009 on the Implementation and Accouncability of the Budget Transfer to the Regions as amended by the Regulation of Finance Minister Number 89 /PMK.07/2010;

6. Finance Minister Rule Number 66 /PMK.07/ 2010 on Temporary Allocation Of Funds For The 2010 Budget Year Tobacco Excise Results;

DECIDED: Establishing: REGULATION OF FINANCE MINISTERS ON

CHANGES TO THE REGULATION OF FINANCE MINISTER NUMBER 66 /PMK.07/ 2010 ABOUT THE TEMPORARY ALLOCATION OF FUNDS FOR THE 2010 BUDGET YEAR TOBACCO EXCISE.

Article I of the Terms of Section 3 in the Regulation of Finance Minister Number 66 /PMK.07/ 2010 on Temporary Allocation Of Funds For The 2010 Budget Year Tobacco excise, amended so that it reads as follows:

Article 3 (1) Governor have delivered the allocation of the DBH CHT allocation

as referred to in Section 2 of the paragraph (3) and paragraph (4) covering the Governor of North Sumatra Province, West Sumatra Province, Jambi Province, South Sumatra Province, Lampung Province, Java Province West, Banten Province, Central Java Province, Province of Yogyakarta Special Region, East Java Province, Bali Province, West Nusa Tenggara Province, East Nusa Tenggara Province, Central Kalimantan Province, South Kalimantan Province, and South Sulawesi Province.

(2) Details of DBH CHT allocation for the provinces that have been delivered the allocation of the DBH CHT allocation as referred to in paragraph (1) specified in the Inseparable Attachment of this Financial Minister Regulation.

(3) The governor who has not yet delivered the allocation of DBH CHT allocation as intended in Article 2 paragraph (3) and paragraph (4) includes the Governor of Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam Province, Province of Jakarta, and East Kalimantan Province.

(4) In terms of the governor as referred to in paragraph (3) have delivered the allocation of the DBH CHT provinces, and the district/city, as long as it does not exceed the 2010 Budget Year, then it will be. conducted a change in this Financial Minister ' s Regulation by adding details of the allocation for the province and county/city concerned.
