The classification is conducted by the Classification Team formed by the Head of the Agricultural Human Resource Development Board with a membership arrangement of elements of the Human Resource Development Board/UPT Training Centre/UPTD, and FK-P4S. The assessment is performed based on Form 2.

The task of the P4S Classification Team as follows: 1. organizes all P4S classification activities; 2. conduct coordination with the institutional handle

B. THE P4S CERTIFICATE CLASSIFICATION certificate is given to the P4S which meets the minimum standard requirements by the Head of the Agricultural Human Resources Development Board in the form of a Decision. The certificate indicates the P4S class of Beginners, Madya or Main. The certificate is reviewed once every 3 (three) years.

CHAPTER VI MONITORING, EVALUATION, AND REPORTING

Monitoring and Evaluation

Monitoring is conducted by the P4S Classification Team in the form of visits to the P4S location periodically and/or reporting by P4S to know: 1. Progress of the implementation and development of the P4S of P4S. 2. P4S capacity in organizing training/magication for

petani/community 3. Problems facing P4S in carrying out tasks and

functions. 4. P4S capacity in developing the work network, both in the business

and in the staging of training/Maganese. 5. The benefits and impact of the existence of P4S for farmers and the public

around in the acceleration of advanced technology in the field of agricultural development and desication.

B. Evaluation

Of the monitoring results was evaluated by providing an alternative to problem solving and subsequent P4S development recommendations.

C. Reporting

The Institutional Coaching Guidelines Of Swadaya Training in order to be exercised by stakeholders in the empowerment of the peasantry to be directed and embodied the institutional training institution of a professional farmer. CHAPTER V CLASSIFICATION AND CERTIFICATIONS

A. CLASSIFICATION

Classification of P4S is the assessment process for the implementation of the registered P4S business activities. The assessment is performed based on criteria or benchmarks of minimal requirements that must be met to determine the P4S classification. Minimum service requirements must be met for a P4S as follows: 1. have land/activities Suitable for example, exemplary, emulated, and studied by farmers or other societies;

2. serve the public for internship activities, practice, consult, study, or visit;

3. have a simple farm kit,in determining the direction and the P4S coaching measures.

C. Objectives

Target Institutional Coaching Workforce Swadaya: 1. The creation of P4S in each county/city as a working partner

Government and local government in the development of agricultural human resources;

2. Formation of Communication Forum (FK) -P4S at every provincial and district level/kota;

3. increasing the intensity and quality of the training/permaganese implementation in P4S;
