MINISTER THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA ' S LAW AND HUMAN RIGHTS,

DRAWS: A. that foreigners who will apply for

citizenship of the Republic of Indonesia, need to meet the requirements of the residence in the country territory of the Republic of Indonesia which is stated in the document in the form of the immigration Letter of the Immigration;

b. that an immigration letter to the letter a letter is published after an accurate and objective study;

2. Law Number 12 Year 2006 on Citizenship of the Republic of Indonesia (Indonesian Republic of Indonesia Year 2006 Number 63, Additional Gazette Republik Indonesia Number 4634);

3. Government Regulation No. 32 of 1994 on Visa, Admission And Immigration Clearance (State of the Republic of Indonesia in 1994 Number 55, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia No. 3563) as has been several times amended last with Government Regulation No. 38 of 2005 on the Second Amendment of Government Regulation No. 32 of 1994 on Visa, Admission And Immigration Clearance (State Sheet) 2005 Number 95, Additional Gazette Republic Of The Republic Indonesia Number 4541);

4. Government Regulation No. 2 of 2007 on Tata Cara, Lost, Cancellation, And Regaining Citizenship Of Indonesian Republic (sheet Of State Of The Republic Of Indonesia In 2007 Number 2, Additional Sheet Of State Of The Republic Of Indonesia) Number 4676);

5. Presidential Decree No. 24 of 2010 on Occupation, Duty, and Functions of the Ministry of State as well as Susunan Organization, Duty, and Functions of the Ministry of State;

6. Decision of the Minister of Justice and Human Rights Number M. 02-IZ.01.10 Year 1995 on Visa Layover, Visa Visiting, Visa Limited, Residence Permit and Immigration Permissions As have been several times amended last with the Rule of the Minister of Law And Human Rights M. HH-08.GR.01.06 Year 2009 on the Fourth Amendment to the Decree of the Minister of Justice and Human Rights Number M. 02-IZ.01.10 Year 1995 on Visa Layover, Visa Visiting, Visa Limited, Residence Permit and Permit Immigration;

7. Law and Human Rights Law Number M. 09-PR.07.10 Year 2007 on the Organization and Work Order of the Department of Law and Human Rights as amended last several times with the Ordinance of the Minister of Law and Human Rights. Number M. HH-10.OT.01.01 of 2009 on the Second Amendment to the Regulation of the Minister of Law and Human Rights Number M. 09-PR.07.10 Year 2007 on the Organization and the Work Order of the Department of Law and Human Rights;

DECIDED:

Set: THE RULES OF THE MINISTER OF LAW AND HUMAN RIGHTS REGARDING THE APPLICATION OF THE APPLICATION FOR THE IMMIGRATION OF IMMIGRATION.

Article 1 In this Ministerial Regulation is referred to:

1. The subsequent Immigration Description, called Skim, is an immigration document containing information about the lives of foreign nationals in the territory of the Republic of Indonesia for five consecutive years or ten (ten) years. In a row as one of the requirements for the Citizenship of the Republic of Indonesia either through the process of being a citizen or delivering a statement to be an Indonesian citizen.

2. Five years in a row is the term of the existence of foreigners in the territory of the Republic of Indonesia which is calculated since obtaining a limited residence permit or fixed up to 5 (five) years never to exit the territory of the Republic of Indonesia for the first time. Not back.

3. Ten years of non-consecutive years are the term of the existence of foreigners in the territory of the Republic of Indonesia which is calculated since obtaining a Limited Liable permit/Stay until leaving the Republic of Indonesia to

does not return which is done repeatedly until it reaches the whole time of her stay permit 10 (ten) years.

4. Peting is a method for foreigners to obtain Indonesian Citizenship by request.

5. Presenting the Statement of Being a Citizen of Indonesia is an attempt to obtain the citizenship of the Republic of Indonesia from a foreigner who is legally married to an Indonesian citizen.

Article 2

(1) Skim is given to a foreigner for the citizenship application process

Republic of Indonesia in accordance with the provisions of the Perundang-Invitation Regulation.

(2) The process of invocation of citizenship as referred to in paragraph (1) consists of: a. peers; and b. delivered a statement of being an Indonesian citizen.

Article 3

(1) Skim for the process of the peerer as referred to in Article 2 of the paragraph (2) of the letter a given to a foreigner if it meets the requirements as follows: a. Fill out a file. show the original and attach a photocopy:

1. a valid and valid national passport; and 2. a valid fixed residence permit and still apply.

c. at the time of applying for a residence in the territory of the Republic of Indonesia for a period of time: 1. 5 (5) or 2 consecutive years; or 2. At least ten years of the year, not in a row.

d. Not in a precautionary list; e. Pay the fee according to the rules of the laws of the law; f. The most recent photo set in red is 3 cm x 4 cm as much as

2 (two) sheets and sizes 4 cm x 6 cm as much as 4 (four) sheets; g. Tax (NPWP); and h. a letter of the power of the seal if the submission is felt.

(2) In addition to meeting the requirements as referred to in paragraph (1), it is special to: a. Foreign labor or company-highest leadership must attach:

1) Foreign Workforce Hire Permit; 2) the company's founding deed; and 3) Corporate List Marks.

b. The modal planter must attach the last letter of the Board of Coordinating Capital and Fixed Business Permit;

c. The clergy must attach a letter of recommendation from the Ministry of Religious Affairs.

-4-(1) Skim for the process of delivering a statement into a citizen of Indonesia

as referred to in Article 2 of the paragraph (2) the letter b may be given to a foreigner who is legally married to an Indonesian citizen if it meets The requirements are as follows: a. Fill out a file. show the original and attach a photocopy:

1. a valid national passport and still in effect; 2. limited residence permit/fixed residence permit is valid and still in effect; and 3. A valid marriage certificate/marriage certificate and a caption still in

the marriage bond of the institution in charge. c. at the time of submitting a request is residence in the region

state of the Republic of Indonesia for the term: 1. shortest 5 (five) year consecutive year; or 2. At least ten years of the year, not in a row.

d. Not in a precautionary list; e. Pay the fee according to the rules of the laws of the law; f. the latest photo set in red size 3 cm x 4 cm as much

2 (two) sheets and sizes 4 cm x 6 cm as much as 4 (four) sheet; and

g. letter of the power to be held if the delivery of the application is felt.

(2) In addition to meeting the requirements as referred to by paragraph (1) specifically for a marriage that is held abroad is required to attach a letter to the reporting of the marital reporting. with the provisions of the laws of.

Section 5

(1) Skim as referred to in Section 2 is provided on the basis of a plea.

(2) The checkbook referred to in paragraph (1) is submitted by the applicant or His power to the head of the Immigration Office whose work area covers the place The applicant.

(3) The checklist referred to the paragraph (1) must meet the requirements as referred to in Section 3 and Section 4.

Section 6

(1) The Head of the Immigration Office examines the completeness of the Skim requirement

as referred to in Section 3 and Section 4 of the longest 5 (5) business days from the date of the request for Skim received.

(2) In terms of terms as referred to in Section 3 and Section 4 are not met, Chief The Immigration Office must reject Skim ' s plea by publishing a rejection letter in time 7 (seven) workday counts since the date of the request for Skim received.

Article 7

(1) In terms of terms as referred to in Article 3 and Section 4 has

complete, the Head of the Immigration Office forwarded the plea Skim to the Head of the Territories Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights u.p. Head of the Immigration Division in the most recent time 7 (seven) days from the date of the receipt of Skim's application.

The Immigration Division forwarded Skim's application as referred to in paragraph (1) accompanied by consideration to the Director General of Immigration In the last two (two) days of working days from the date of the receipt from the Head of the Immigration Office.

(3) The Director General of Immigration grants the consent or rejection of the Skim as referred to in the paragraph (1) to the Head of the Immigration Office in the most prolonged time 5 (five) days of work From the date of the receipt of Skim's request from Head of the Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights u.p. Head of the Immigration Division.

(4) The approval or rejection of Skim's invocation as referred to in verse (3) is delivered to Head of the Immigration Office with Busan Chief Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights u.p. Head of the Immigration Division.

Article 8

(1) In terms of Skim ' s approval of the Director General of Immigration, Office Head

Immigration publishes Skim in the most prolonged time 2 (two) business days after decision approval.

(2) In terms of Skim ' s plea was rejected by the Director General of Immigration, the Head of the Immigration Office published a rejection letter in the most hours of 2 (two) working days after the rejection decision was accompanied by a reason of rejection.

Article 9

(1) The process of completion of Skim applications is performed electronically. (2) In terms of the Immigration Office and the Office of the Ministry of Law and Rights

Human rights in the area have not yet to have or cannot be used electronic networks, the process of completion of Skim as referred to in paragraph (1) can done manually.

Article 10

Skim is declared dead and does not apply if: a. does not extend the residence permit; b. leaving the territory of Indonesia and again beyond the deadline of entry permissions

back; c. on the will of its own leaving the territory of Indonesia and not returning; d. get a law-strong divorce decision fixed for:

1. a foreign citizen who is presenting a statement of being an Indonesian citizen; or

2. Foreign nationals who are applying for a player whose permanent residence permit is obtained due to family unification.

e. getting prevention and denial decisions; f. subjected to immigration action; or g. Death of the world.

(1) The form and format as well as the technical specifications of the Skim document sheet as

are listed in Appendix I of this Minister's Regulation.

(2) The form and format of the Skim Petition Rejection Letter as set forth in Appendix II Regulation of the Minister this.

Article 12

The Minister 's Regulation shall come into effect after 90 (ninety) days from the date of the promulcity.
