Article 6 of the General Secretariat has the task of carrying out the coordination of the implementation of tasks, coaching and providing administration support to all organizational units in the Environment and Human Rights Ministry.
Article 7 To carry out the duties as referred to in Article 6, the General Secretariat organizes functions: a. coordination of the activities of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights; b. coordination and drafting of the Ministry of Law and

Human Rights; c. coaching and administration of administrative support including
entrepreneurship, staffing, finance, household, archive and documentation of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights;

Article 10 To carry out the duties as referred to in Article 9, the Planning Bureau organizes functions: a. coordination and processing of the planning data and ministry budget; b. Drafting of a development plan that includes development plans

c. Program drafting and Financial Statutes/State Shopping (RAPBN), Work Plan (Renja), Work and Budget Plan, change/revision of the Ministry/Institute of Work and Budget Plan (RKA-K/L);
d. execution of the technical guidance of ministry planning; e. implementation of institutional coaching in the ministry ' s environment; f. Section 13 to perform the duties as referred to in Section 12, Section of the Program and the Budget organizes functions: a. coordination of planning drafting, strategic plan programs and

Section 15 (1) Drafting Program and Budget I have a task
conducting the preparation of, processing and evaluation of the medium-term expenditure framework, preparation, compiler, data suppressor and drafting materials and processing materials and revision/alteration of RKA-K/L, work planning, Nota Finance and RAPBN, suppressors of program planning and budgeting and the drafting of the program and budgeting and processing of the budget and providing technical guidance in the Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of Jakarta, West JaLaw and the Human Rights.
