CHAPTER I GENERAL PROVISIONS article 1 In this ministerial regulation meant by: 1. (2) lifting equipment operators as referred to in article 6 paragraph (2) letter b must satisfy the following requirements: a. at least educated SLTA/equal; b. experienced at least three (3) years of helping services in his field; c. able-bodied according to doctors; d. age of at least 21 years of age; and e. has licensed K3 and workbook. Article 15 the forklift Operator and/or lift trucks can be upgraded to grade II forklift operators and/or lift truck class I with the following requirements: a. experience as an operator in accordance with his class at the lack of 2 (two) years continuously; and b. the forklift operator passed test and/or lift truck in accordance with the credentials. CHAPTER III PROCEDURES for OBTAINING LICENSES K3 and WORKBOOK Article 21 the Director-General or a designated official of the published workbook K3 and License the operator or attendant lifting and transport aircraft. CHAPTER IV AUTHORIZES the OPERATOR and OFFICER of article 28 (1) lifting equipment operators class I as stipulated in article 6 paragraph (2) letter a is authorized: a. operating the lifting equipment conforms with the type with a capacity of more than 100 tons or high tower over 60 metres; and b. oversee and guide the activities of the operator class II and/or Class III operator, if necessary accompanied by an operator of a class II and/or class III. (2) class II lift equipment operators as referred to in article 6 paragraph (2) letter b are authorized: a. operating the lifting equipment conforms with the type Iebih with a capacity of 25 tonnes to less than 100 tonnes or high tower more than 40 meters to 60 meters; and b. oversee and guide the activities of the operators of class III, if necessary accompanied by an operator of a class III. (3) the Operator of a forklift and/or lift truck class II as referred to in article 12 letter b are authorized to operate the forklift and/or lift truck in accordance of its kind with a maximum capacity of 15 tons. Article 31 the Operator of rail road transport instruments referred to in article 16 are authorized to operate the locomotive along with dismantled and lori.
