APPLICABLE LOCAL REGULATORY REGIONS of TASIKMALAYA TOWN of TASIKMALAYA number 1 in 2011 ABOUT the BUDGET REVENUE and SHOPPING AREA of the CITY of TASIKMALAYA FISCAL YEAR 2011 with the GRACE of GOD ALMIGHTY the MAYOR of TASIKMALAYA, Considering: a. that to carry out the provisions of Section 181 subsection (1) of Act No. 32 of 2004 on local governance as it has several times changed with Act No. 12 of 2008 about the second amendment in the Law Number 32 of 2004 concerning Regional Government Regional Head, proposing the regulation about the budget Area revenue and Shopping area (BUDGETS) to the Regional people's representative Council (DPRD) to obtain mutual agreement; b. that the draft local regulations about the budget of income and Expenditure area (BUDGETS) are filed as mentioned in the letter a, is an embodiment of the work plans of local governments in 2011 that outlined public policy into BUDGETS and priorities and budget ceilings that have been mutually agreed between the Governments of the region with DPRD on 23 December 2010; c. that based on considerations as referred to in letter a and letter b, need to set the draft local regulations regarding Budget revenues and Shopping area of the town of Tasikmalaya fiscal year 2011 being local regulations; Remember: 1.
